There were ants in the room even though we didn’t have food open.

It was a quiet and restful hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff were wonderful! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast room had two steep steps down from where to the buffet was laid out to where the tables and chairs were. Very little food that was hot, the burners under the food containers weren’t lit up. No egg station except for runny sunny side up fried eggs ! Other choices could be made, although the kitchen was reluctant to provide

We stayed for two nights, positive points... central, good breakfast buffet and nice views, negative points... right next door every night there is very loud music, in our room there was no kettle for coffee, we asked for one at reception and when we went to use it the next day it was used and did not work. Very positive point, 50 meters from the hotel there are highly recommended massages

They are doing their best, but the place is kind of rundown. The rooms are pretty old.

The downstairs hotel breakfast is legendary. It was huge. They had everything. European breakfast, American breakfast, Thai breakfast, general Asian breakfast, it was one of the largest buffets I have ever seen. The lobby entrance is nice and welcoming. The rooms are huge.

It is actually 2nd stars hotel, facility is very old … Room rate is extremely high due to Festival Day, that’s way they give away much snacks to room guests.

Due to Loi Krathong Festival ,this property provide every guests free beers,many many snacks even stay one night. Very generous and the only one who provide this happy gift among the rest of 5 hotels I stay in Chiang Mai same month.

This is an old building but well maintained. Still uses key to go into the rooms. Comes with bathtub. Water pressure for basin and bidets is very powerful but shower head is very low pressure tho. Size of room is good as well. Served simple breakfast. Hotel lobby does not have any air con tho. Staff is generally friendly and helpful esp front counter Fern. Always on a smile!

Room provides basic level of amenities for simple night rest. For breakfast, it offers a decent amount of variety. Overall a good stay

The pool looked rather dirty so I didn't try it. The breakfast was OK, with a mix of local, Chinese and European food options. Warm food was often lukewarm at best, and everything seemed a bit basic/cheap (only white toast, artificial looking juices and jam, etc.)

The location is right next to the night markets, the city center is in walking distance. The reception was very helpful. The room itself was good with nice amenities - free coffee, tea, and especially water was very nice. I was there during the lantern festival, finding one of the floating lanterns in my room was a very nice touch.

Currently undergoing renovations, so a bit noisy. I did not like the bathroom configuration, this needs to be updated, to raise the shower head and widen the space … we had to stand sideways to wash hair so elbows didn’t hit the wall !!
