10 stars! What a gem. After 3 weeks travelling in Thailand, we had forgotten such luxury existed! So beautiful! Amazing breakfast. Fabulous service. Villas are comfortable, quiet, large and luxurious. Thoughtful services. Stunning swimming pool, Meditation zone, Games room, Crazy golf, Gym, Close to waterfalls, jungle, elephant sanctuary. Yes! You must explore - there are lots of places to sit in peace, away from everything. The meditation area and toilets there are amazing! I could go on, but just come and see for yourself!

Wow, amazing place, amazing people, amazing view. This is the hotel we liked the most in Kosmoy. The food is excellent, the desserts are perfect. The pool is really big and has an amazing view. Everything was perfect, we really felt like we were in heaven. The staff here are very polite and help you with everything you need. I recommend everyone to come here. Thank you very much Cascade

We had our own car, if you rely on public transportation this might be a bit challenging.

This is a great resort. Bungalows are beautiful and are spacious for a family of 4. Ours was next to the elephant sanctuary so we could watch them while having breakfast. Swimming pool is perfect. Restaurant serves good food. Staff is vey friendly and helpful. We loved our stay.

The place is special. In the mountains of green, very quiet, clean, with responsive staff. The pool is wonderful and the restaurant is very good with reasonable prices. The rooms are huge, clean and smell great! Loved the design and attention to details throughout

Cascade Tara is a peaceful oasis tucked into the natural beauty of Koh Samui. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the calm and serenity of the place. It’s a bit removed from town, but that’s part of its charm—you come here to slow down, breathe, and really take in your surroundings. One of the most magical moments happened at 8:30 am, when I stood on the alley and watched a group of elephants cross the road right in front of me. That’s because the hotel sits right next to an elephant sanctuary, adding a truly unique and moving experience to your stay. The hotel itself offers so much more than just a place to sleep. There's a peaceful meditation area tucked away in the woods, a fun mini-golf course, a well-equipped game room, and a beautiful pool that's perfect for relaxing. Since it is located in the mountains be cautious of the insects and creatures around. We did run into a scorpion twice but not sure if we strolled by its home. Im pretty sure it was the same one on different occasions.

The property is located in the mountains away from the city which was great. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and mostly homemade. There are trails around the property you can take which leads to different points of the river as well as a meditation spot near one of them. A small hike up also gives you views of the area. It is family owned and they are all super nice.

Food - Absolutely Exceptional, from buffet breakfast to lunch & dinner. Rooms - Absolutely luxurious for what you pay for , beyond exceptional. Staff - beyond informative, accommodating and lovely The whole property is beautiful, from the gardens , pool atmosphere with mountain greenery around. The medication / yoga area. Somewhere out of a jungle dream.

What can we say about Cascade Tara! Nestled in the forest ,by a small stream, you feel connected to nature. Located 5 minutes off the main road in an idealistic tranquil location. We have had an absolutely fantastic stay. The rooms are large, clean, cool & fresh. There is plenty of free water, coffee & tea in the room. Good sized pool that is well maintained. The staff are so so friendly & helpful. Mini golf, small gym, free bikes to ride , motorbike to rent, walkways around the property taking in the nature. 5 minute trip to the local 7/11 store, arranged by the hotel. 50 batt. What's not to like!

AMAZING hotel !! The staff here are so friendly and will help you with all you need to know whilst in Samui. The location is relaxing and peaceful. We had a couples massage which was also 10/10. I could not fault this hotel, I wish I was still there !

Everything!!!! This felt like a White Lotus hotel experience…. The staff, the place, the food, the attractions… just amazing!! Special mention to Pan, Zin and manager Ning (I think) who went out of their way to accommodate our family. We felt at home.

Overpriced bike rent and prices in the restaurant were much higher than outside the hotel. For example, bike costs 350 bath while same bike on Lamai costs 200 bath.

Our stay was extremely comfortable in two bedroom villa. The air conditioners worked perfectly and temperature was ideal both for sleep and daytime.

Everything was really good, however I had some doubts if the way of using the shower is hygienic. I did not mind it, perhaps some people would. Breakfasts were OK for us, I cannot say they were delicious as the restaurants menu but it was tasty. You can order eggs, coffee. There are various vegetables, fruit, Thai options, some desserts too.

The hotel is located in a beautiful peaceful place. We were looking for some quiet place. Plants are amazing, you can notice someone’s effort here. The swimming pool is very nice and located beautifully in the centre of the hotel. Luckily our villa was near the swimming pool, which was very convenient for us and our 7 year old son. The hotel is very near the elephants sanctuary and 2 waterfalls. Food in the restaurant which we ordered for dinner (we were dining in the hotel all the time) was delicious.

Beautiful resort in a very quiet jungle setting Suite was fabulous very comfortable and well appointed with some lovely finishing touches to make the stay special Staff very polite and helpful Food in bistro is good and nicely presented We walked to Waterfall 2 and there is an elephant experience within same area but everything else would need transport but hotel have push bikes or will order taxis

The normal double-room (no bungalow house) is nice but you can hear every word from your neighbours. The bathroom is very simple.

Not the most central so rent a scooter and enjoy the sceneric drive!

The staff is super nice and helpful. Especially Pan helped us around a lot. It is possible to rent a scooter directly at the hotel. Breakfast was more than sufficient and tasty. They even have a game room if you wanna play billiard or table tennis for a change. Very silent and green. Shuttle service to 7-11. We got sick and they took care of us. Can't thank enough to these people.
