ThailandI liked the room and location but i was dissappointed the advertisement on tour television which says you have a singha beer promorion on 8th floor i called the restaurant and told me yes its available from 5 pm to 21:30 but when i went to8th floor it was closed and said this floor is for breakfaat only so why did you advertise this ? Then they told me to go on groynd floor which i did there i asked them if i can order drinks and food nest to the sea side they said yes and i went and sat for 10-15 minutes but nobody came to take my order i had to walk back and order singha beer which they said they dont sever but i told them i called the restaurant and thwy said it was available they said no ao i had take Chang beer because of your promotion buy 1 get 1 free at about 8:15. I ordered 2 morw beer jugs and was refused the promotion they said it wS over at 8 pm i tild them that your advertise in your television in room says it is till 21:30 they said no its not true so then why do you mislead ?you say its on 8th floor but its not there, You say have singha beer but its not there,you advertise its open till 21:30 but they refuse to serve and all of yoyr staff dont know the restaurant sky deck what that is and where that is ao i was disappointed in rhat i hope you have a logical explaination for this

ThailandEverything looks squeezed up, cleanliness was not up to centara standard. No benefit applicable if you did not book under central credit card (that means only need to book directly not via any app.) Parking was on random chance and did not secure indoor space even if they had taken our car’s no. There was one night we had to park out on the side with no shade. Would suggest hotel to advertise themselves as “kids hotel” as it was mainly themed that way.

NorwayBooking.com states the hotel is at a beach. It is not! You can not swim in the sea by the hotel. Nice room with a very small but ok balcony. Guess the premium room has the big balcony. We paid for breakfast one day. It was ok. A mix of thai food and more cobtinental food. Be aware that the hotel adds service and taxes on top of all prices so the prices on the menu is around 20% below what you actually pay. The Happy Hour can easily turn out not so happy because it does not apply to all drinks and there are different rules for different types of drinks. If you do not drive yourself you need taxi or Bokt to get anywhere - except the 2 seafood restaurants next door - but be aware of stray dogs!
A lovely swimming pool. Great for families. Aimed at small children who spends the days in the pool. Not so good for others.

ThailandTry to avoid weekends. Lots of family with small children. All swimming pools were jam packed, trash and litters were everywhere especially in the breakfast hall. Staffs would help you if you asked them to but they should have done their jobs better instead of hanging and joking with each other in the kitchen. Food ran out since 9.30am and they said 'no more'. Our two rooms had musty smell which should be taken care of, otherwise they could be 10/10.
It's very stylish. And has tried its best to make use of every space they have wisely. I like the coral theme they did, made you feel more relax and at sea than reality that there's no beach there. I did read some reviews before arriving and that helped lower my expectation about the parking. Security guards had done their excellent jobs there. So all-in-all, it's a nice comfy short escape from BKK.

ThailandThe access road was a small alley which is understandable - common to many seaside hotels. It took a while with google map to follow direction but finally we made it.

ThailandIt was very clear they are understaffed for a weekend. All food orders were slow, pool towel were out of stock, and waiting time for getting luggage to the room were long. The staff looks tired and can barely smile. Could have been managed much better.
The room is clean with nice pool play area for kids. It’s also not too far from Bangkok so it’s a decent choice for weekend getaway with the kids.
