ThailandHowever, some design and facility flaws do detract from the overall experience. The bathroom door design is awkward—a glass panel that opens only partially and bangs against the toilet basin. The gym is under-equipped, with no water refills or towels provided, and the same issue extends to the pool area.
Centara Hotel is a modern, clean, and comfortable place to stay, conveniently located near the mall. The breakfast is generally good, offering a decent variety, and the staff are friendly and helpful throughout.

United KingdomUnfortunately the timing of the food in the restaurant was poor. The service was very good but my meal arrived on it to without my partners so I sent it back. Came back 20 minutes later. The staff were full of apology but having spoken to other people, it seemed to be a weakness of the Hotel.
It is a new hotel and the facilities are first class. It is extremely clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly. The room itself the most comfortable large queen bed. The price of the drinks in the room bar were extremely reasonable.

ThailandOur toilet blocked up just before we checked out. The breakfast was a bit pricey especially as we don't normally have breakfast at hotels. I am not up to date on current breakfast pricing though.
Very nice hotel. The staff spoke excellent English even the bell boys. Plenty of parking albeit not covered. The room was clean. USB-A & USB-C chargers beside the bed were handy. The lay down area beside the window was big enough for two people. The shower water pressure was quite strong. More lighting inside the room than one usually finds in a Thai hotel room. Being next door to Central Plaza is a huge bonus for us. We will stay again when we feel like a splurge.

United KingdomTried to book direct with hotel but website the hotel website said no availability. Had to go to search hotel name & use an online websites to book the room. So a bit of a long way round to book a room.
The hotel was very clean and very nice inside. Staff were the best I have met so far this year. Breakfast was amazing and the room was large & spacious with the softest bed.
