We're vegan, and there was a limited number of dishes available to us.

Towels were allowed to be left on unused sunbeds around the pool and on the beach by selfish guest from first thing in the morning. The hotel should try and stop this practice! Maybe cushions on chairs on the balcony.

The situation was excellent, staff were excellent and friendly, good size pool. Rooms were a decent size although a little outdated. Bed was large and comfortable.

Breakfast didn’t have a great selection, only one type of cereal, fruit, toast or curry and rice etc. Also not many sun loungers by the pool for such a big resort but other than that great!

We stayed in a grand villa whilst here and the views were amazing! In a great location to explore the whole island and the room was always cleaned and refreshed with water and coffees. There is also a hidden viewpoint past the grand villas and up a ladder as shown in the pictures which was great.

The bathroom could have been better, the aircon in the room was a bit noisy, the breakfast could have been done with more quality, it was "ok".

The location was great. Set back from the main road and right on the beach with its own lovely pool also. The staff were very attentive and there was lots of choice for breakfast and dinner. It’s next to what turned out to be my favourite beach on the island, after exploring the other beaches, which had many other bars and restaurants along it too if you wanted a change. We stayed in a standard hillside room and it had everything we needed. The room wasn’t fancy but for the price it was brilliant. There were plenty of room types to choose from.

The bed was very hard and left you with back ache even after sleeping on top of a duvet The breakfast was pretty poor and could easily beade better with more fruit, yogurts and proper pig bacon and sausages. Even the bread could be better. The restaurant itself was very auster with little ambience for night time dining. Tried it once and did not go back as better alternatives just down beach. There was no bar to speak of so nowhere to sit and chat with other guests at all. This was a massive let down IMO as it could easily be sorted by putting up a wooden beach bar on the land that sticks out beside the river onto the sea. It would be a massive positive addition to the hotel not only for guests but would also attract more punters from the beach as it would command a beautiful position on the bay. MAKE IT HAPPEN PLEASE!!

Fabulous location at the top of the bay with a beach walk past loads of great bars and restaurants which are also available short walk up to the road. Very nice simple room with ac, TV and decent shower and loo..shower was only warm but that's all you need. Would we stay again? Probably Yes 👍

Here’s a review you can use: “I was very disappointed with my stay because the internet connection didn’t work at all throughout my entire time there. This caused a lot of inconvenience as I was unable to stay connected or get any work done. I expected at least a basic level of connectivity, but unfortunately, this was not the case. This issue really impacted my overall experience.”

The food might not have been the best, but it worked. Lack of shower curtain made the whole bathroom wet during shower. We missed having a spa at the hotel, that would have made it perfect.

The resort has an amazing view, fantastic pool and a great beach area. The staff was lovely and the service was great.

Lack in beds at the beach and often at breakfast. Had to change rooms due to extending our stay and second room was poor, hard bed and no water pressure.

The rooms were a little dated but we expected that so it was fine. It is on a slightly quieter parter of the island so there aren’t as many dinner options as somewhere like Kai Bae (but there enough). If you have a car or scooter this would be fine, but the roads are very steep and bendy so we ended up taking taxis which were a bit expensive.

The pool and beach were great. Great spot for families as the beach was shallow and didn’t have much break.

Plastic sun loungers, even with 3 towels on they are so uncomfortable On holiday its nice to relax read you're book maybe have a nap whilst being on the beach or by the pool you can't relax on these plastic chairs at all. These are the only reason I will not stay here again.

Rooms are tired needs updating Not enough subbeds at the beach. Also sunbeds need mattresses as are so uncomfortable. Would be nice if resort had a beach bar like most other resorts along the beach.

The restaurant food was poor quality for Thailand and therefore we only ate one evening meal there. The breakfast had lots of options but most of it was low quality, for example powdered coffee instead of fresh. Sorry to say but the food could be much better considering the amazing location and quality of food that Thailand can offer.

Amazing location and gorgeous beach and pool area. The room was clean and well equipped with a wonderful view of the ocean. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely return for the hotel facilities and beach alone.

Good experience in this hotel from November 20 to 26 Comfortable bungalow. I don't like the lighting except the one above the bed No bedside lamp I reported twice to the reception that the room door was misaligned We could see the light through the door in 2 places (top and bottom) Noisy air conditioning Television (impossible to use the remote control, check the battery) Fridge in the room Outdoor terrace Bathroom nothing to say Safety box (I couldn't use it) Excellent location We quickly realize that the most beautiful beach is that of this hotel. Breakfast included, varied Poor quality coffee Given the standing of this establishment, a real espresso would be very appreciated Incredible swimming pool with bar Pleasant staff, especially the security guard The site is large and incredible
