the pillow is very high for me so it makes me sleepless and when I want to have breakfast it's cost 250 Thai baht (Could you check with the hotel) and the last is you should clearly for the cost of the room with or without breakfast when booking.

The chairs in the room have no food production, you hear at least 2 room fare away when someone is slipping the chair. In the nighttime booooorrriiinnng.

The room with bathtub is not convenient at all, difficult to use its shower and the water splash everywhere since there is no curtain.

The 2 bedroom suite is very spacious, bigger than my expectation. This hotel is quite new and clean.

You hear everything from the other rooms and outside. The breakfast was poor.

The calm atmosphere after Bangkok’s kaos. Pool is nice and always empty. The staff was super nice and helpful. We stayed only one night to see the temples.

There were cobwebs in the room's roof and outside in the fountains. Breakfast was not what we expected, there isn't yoghurt or croissants (the photos show that there is...)

Beds and pillows are a little hard for me, let's hope the new beds in refurbished rooms are softer? Internet is timed and a pain as you need to log in each time.

Good sized room and balcony overlooking the river. Big swimming pool and sun beds. The hotel has extensive grounds and nice features. Considering this hotel was flooded back in September the staff have worked a miracle cleaning up. There is still work to do but everything is working ( ground floor rooms and gym being refurbished). Don't be put off staying here, it's a great hotel.

Some of the spaces were still not super cleaned off from the flood, which is understandable, although it would have made a difference had they cleaned at least the stairs leading to the room. There were not always towels available at the pool. We also frequently heard noises of furniture being moved in room above us.

The rooms and facility was beautiful. The pool was of a really good size and the restaurant food was delicious.

The security on the night shift was too weird but other staffs were great. One more big concern is room have smoke smell. The front desk quickly response by change the new room.

Hotel location was so closed for central of Chiangrai, easy to access and huge facilities. Also the price is reasonable with satisfied the cost I paid.

Two important issues with any hotel are good clean bathroom facilities and clean comfortable bedding. Unfortunately failed with the bed...two hard and the linen low quality. The pillows very average. Also the buffet breakfast failed in some areas..tea and coffee very average.....and limited selection of fruit, cereals and cooked dishes to eat. And as one quest was complaining...eggs cold.

The location is not the best. Even though the area and the surroundings are amazing it is still a bit far away from the city centre and the main sights.

Our room was extremely comfortable and super clean. The hotel is calm and easy going. The staff is excellent and accommodating. The pool is so beautiful.

Overall cleanliness of the grounds could have been better, the landscaping needs some love :-) too.

The room was much better than expected (family room), the hotel is very quiet, the location is good but one will still need a car to get around. The staff were very nice.

Staff does not speak much english. Not their fault. You gotta use google translate or something. There were only 2 (two) bicycles available for use. 2?? in such a huge hotel?? Hope they fix this.

The property was clean and spacious. Balconies were attached to all rooms. Check in and out process was swift and painless. Really nice pool. Quiet at All times. Plenty of parking. Seems really safe, as the property is within the vicinity of a governmental authority building. Has its own jogging/cycling track that is lit.
