My only notable feedback is that the soundproofing near the stairwell could be mproved; I was often disturbed by noise from guests coming and going. Despite this, l had a good experience.

I was very impressed with the exceptional cleanliness of this hotel, everything felt fresh and well-maintained.

I have never stayed anywhere so clean. They had Netflix and snacks. The beds were comfy and showers were hot.

- It was very load because of vehicles passing by. We could not sleep even with earplugs. We woke up at 4 AM and could not continue to sleep. Depends on luck which side do you get, of course. - it is on the hookers street. “Message” places in neighboring buildings.

Nothing really, especially not for the price. If I have to nitpick, perhaps the lack of a lift? Wasn't an issue for a young bloke like me, and the staff did offer to help (thanks).

I was staying for one night before heading out for Koh Lanta (because my flight arrived too late for me to catch any boat on the same day). The room was not large, but it was squeaky clean and had everything I needed. The fact it had a desk was particularly great, since I had some unfinished business on my laptop that needed be done. The bed was very comfortable, with just the right balance between softness and firmness. I'm picky when it comes to hotel beds, yet I had a very good night's sleep. Breakfast was not part of the deal, but they had a complimentary "breakfast corner" anyway. It's more like a snack bar, but it's appreciated regardless.

The walls are very thin and the hotel is right amongst a fair few 'adult' massage parlours. It was quite noisy, though earplugs are provided.

The hotel and the rooms were really clean and nicely designed. The free coffee and breakfast snacks were a nice bonus! Perfect for a quick stopover if you're arriving by ferry.

The design is lovely,very inviting ,intimate even The staff are amazing,especially the house keeper he is amazing on top of everything, I came to enjoy seeing him every morning he adds a lot of character to an already lovely space ,amazing location (if u overlook the night life around )

No refrigerator – A small fridge in the room would have been a perfect addition.

I stayed alone at Chamemon Hotel, which is conveniently located in Old Phuket Town, just 10 minutes from the bus station (the beaches are far away from the hotel) Clean and well-maintained – The hotel was spotless and had a pleasant atmosphere. Good location – The neighborhood is nice, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and local attractions within walking distance

A Super Place. Very Comfy Beds; Nice Private En Suite Shower; Netflix TV. Spacious Living Are & Spotless. There is a Lovely Nice & Inviting Smell as soon as you walk in & Check in. Shower gel & Shampoo also Gorgeous smelling. Room and Towels made up and changed if required. Internet Great! The Lobby Area is a Very Peaceful Environment to sit, Have Tea & Coffee. A Complimentary bit of Toast and Biscuits. And Help yourself to a Banana also. I Would Strongly Recommend The Chamemon, Phuket Town. Note: If You are a Beach Person, then You can hire a Motorbike from here!:) I thoroughly Enjoyed My Stay, and Will Stay again in 2026. A Really Nice Stay. Thank You! Stuart:)

The location is the only issue. It’s on a road full of VIP massage places and very very noisy but we stayed here to be close to the pier for a ferry the next day so it served a purpose.

The property was modern, clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and provided tea coffee snacks. Although breakfast isn’t included they do provide boiled eggs toast and cereal which was lovely.

The neighbouring buildings are all red light district clubs - many ladies in red dresses sitting outside. This was not an issue for us since the hotel doors are locked, accessible only with a card, and there is a hotel receptionist sitting downstairs 24/7 so it felt safe. But worth to know that before booking. The windows are not 100% sound proof so some street noise or music can be heard in the room. If you're a light sleeper- could be disturbing (but it wasn't terrible).

Clean room, friendly staff, relatively quiet, all amenities provided (small fridge, hair dryer, body wash, shampoo etc). Air conditioning working, although directed at the bed. There were some coffee, biscuits, toast bread and eggs provided downstairs for everyone. Walkable distance to the center.

Superb cleanliness and comfy! This is one of the best room I have stayed with exceptional cleanliness - no dusty, no allergy, bedsheets are visibly and comfortably CLEAN. Interiors are aesthetic and minimalist, lots of greenery and comfortable seats. Chamemon elements are everywhere, super adorable! Staffs are really friendly!! Stayed there for 4 nights, not just attended to my midnight check-in request due to flight delay, also helped me arranged for airport shuttles and navigation to food places and where to get good coffee! There's no breakfast provided but the fact they have free flow freshly brewed coffee every day wins my heart! They have free snacks and fresh fruits available on the table 24 hours and I couldn't believe it's actually a life saver especially when having late night outs and just need something quick to fill up the tummy. Security is good, will need card to access entrance with 24/7 standby front desk and this actually made me feel so safe as a solo traveller. 3 mins walking to Asterisk Espresso and Barbowl for cafe food and drinks. Location is just 10 mins driving distance to Old Phuket Town, where you could get the authentic Michelin recommended Thai Food, massage parlours and souvenirs.

Beware as the hotel has no elevator, so avoid if this is a requirement. The adjacent street with massage bars may be an issue for some. Though not loud, there were some noise during the night, at time, from outside cars and music. A bit expensive.

Very kind and helpful staff. Overall very clean, the hotel and the neighborhood is pretty. Comfortable room and bed. Neither close nor far from the old town, nearby park, etc (10-15 min on foot). The hotel is easy to find. Close to a 7-11 and a good Thai massage place (Naya Massage, ณาญา).
