They let me buy the breakfast add-on when they did not have the kitchen open during The offseason. The shower did not drain very well and occasionally flooded the bathroom.

Room was clean. Access to the pool was easy. Good Internet access and the bathroom was clean with everything I needed.

Beautiful pool. Friendly staff. Frequently cleaning. Pool is accessible from all units I think. The shower place could do with an upgrade but bathroom was fair. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausages, Thai noodles and rice. Tea coffee. Cornflakes and toast. I’d definitely suggest staying in Rawai beach. Phuket is such a tourist trap esp Patong beach. People go to party and spend a lot. Rawai was relaxing.

The place was hard to find even for locals There was no gym only a few mats up stairs with some rusty dumbells Now here was the killer the breakfast bar was all be it clean didn't really have anything to eat. There was bread which you could toast and salad. No fruits, no cereals no pasties. The little amount of cooked food ( which was a few white boiled unboiled sausages were uneatable for human consumption.

The price for renting a motorbike from them is astronomical ( 1000 bht per day - other places 250 bht per day ) The Internet has a poor range and is slow.

There was a massive safety issue at the property. On arrival there was no one to check us in which was fine, but then we realised the main door was open to anyone and there was access to all sliding doors! There was no locks on any of the door so we couldn’t lock our lock at all! The wrong address was stated on booking.com! Very weird and eerie vibe. Me and my children didn’t stay there and left at 1 in the morning so scared

Permanent loud construction work going on. Reception speaks zero English. Zero response on complaints. Pool is dirty every morning, cleaning started after 3 requests. Rubbish is laying around everywhere. Guests swimming at 3 in the night an making permanent noise. No restaurant. No breakfast. The fitness room is a dirty ugly Desaster with bird shit on the defekt 50 year old two facilities. They rate themself 4 stars but nothing of the facilities is exists. Management is a poor desaster, no answers on requests. I left after 2 of 5 days and will never go back. Not possible to relax one single minute.

Staff super rude, never experienced that in Thailand before. Breakfast is pretty bad - and the ladies seem annoyed when you even go there to get it. I had roaches in my room and was able to change to a different room that also wasn’t clean though. Stains on bedsheets and pillows. The pool turns your white bathing suits yellow- no clue what’s in there. And let’s not even talk about the hotel “gym”, literally the only machine that they have is broken lol. Overall, the hotel is way too expensive for what you get.

Breakfast was very average, but to be fair, breakfast is not really a Thai strong point, so it's good that they even offer it. My only dislike was the single beds. They seem to all be twin share rooms with 2 single beds. I am 6 foot and my feet were hanging off the end. I did push the beds together, which helped a little.

Beautiful rooms. Pool was fantastic. The fact that every room has access to the pool is a huge bonus. Very welcoming staff. Close to gyms and great restaurants. Only 6 mins from Rawai Beach.

Highly recommend staying here - staff were friendly upon arrival. My wife got in contact with the hotel prior to our stay as it was my 30th birthday and they made a fruit cake out of a selection of fresh fruit. ‘30’ and ‘HBD’ carved out of watermelon - it was such a nice thing to come back to :) The pool was clean, lovely having access to it right from your room. The bedroom was spacious and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, would recommend renting a scooter to help explore the area and beaches.
