Thank you for your feedback and for mentioning the friendly staff, our location near the pier, and the included breakfast 🙏. We’re sorry to hear your impression of the room and shared bathroom. Our cleaning team actually goes through the bathrooms and common areas every day, but as these are shared facilities, sometimes other guests may leave them dirty in between cleanings, which is unfortunately out of our control. We also kindly ask everyone to remove their shoes before entering the rooms (as posted), since walking inside with shoes makes it harder to keep things clean. As for the noise, we’ll look into ways to improve sound levels around the reception area. We truly appreciate your comments and hope the rest of your time on Koh Tao was enjoyable 🌴
