Not really an issue but a lot of the things in the apartment still had plastic on as if they were new and had been put in quickly.

Some better cooking utensils maybe would be good and a washing machine with iron, would make the place complete in all respects. This is not criticism, just a suggestion, as I really loved the place.

It's hard to fault the apartment. We loved our stay so points mentioned are only really minor points but worth noting. There is no lift so perhaps for those that would struggle getting cases up stairs we found it fine. There is no safe in room but given there is downstairs safety door stopping anyone wondering into building we had no issues and with this . We found ourselves walking about 20 to 25 minutes before we reached areas of interest we enjoyed not being right in the centre of it .There are plenty of nearby seven elevens shops The balcony door with table would not open sufficiently to get out due to fitting of curtain rail although other balcony did open. Looking out over main road meant we didn't miss using the first balcony much.

Overall a wonderful place The apartment is fairly spacious bathroom slightly on the small size but decorated/finished to a decent standard with a modern feeling. We found the place to be quiet in general although some road noise from the main road tends to ease later on. There were plenty of plates cups , glasses etc and a large fridge was great for keeping the drinks cool. Staff was there when we arrived to give us the key and clear check out instructions provided via a.message. We briefly met the owner who was pleasant and friendly. having ability to sign into our netflix on TV helped for the odd chill night in after busy day. Space for car or moped if you had either of these. Being slightly out of main tourist areas was a welcomed change for us after Bangkok but you will find yourself about 20 to 25 mins walk to main places of interest. Would come back if ever visiting the area again.. we loved our stay

The location was a bit out of the way and isolated. Only 5 mins from the nearest 7-11 though, but about 20 mins from the main busy area. If you have a bike, this won’t really be an issue.

We stayed three nights at Cozy place @ Chiangrai and found our room to be very spacious, clean and comfortable. We met the owner briefly and he was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty space for luggage etc. and the facilities in the kitchen and living room were all modern and good. Cleanliness was good too. We recommend staying here if in Chiang Rai and don’t want to be right in the centre. Great value for the money all things considered.

I really can´t find anything to dislike when compared to the price except perhaps the lack of elevator. Staircase to 2 floor is a bit narrow. It´s a really nice 2 room apartment western style furniture. To give it the last nudge to a 10 there should have been a washing machine. You a kind of expect it with a 2 room apartment

Sound isolation is very poor with very thin window you can hear everything on the street & you can hear people in the stairs or sometimes in their room talking. Shower water was a bit cold & unstable.

Super clean to a degree where there’s no dust at all. The layout of the room (it’s actually an apartment) is good with pretty much anything you would need (microwave, oven, fridge, kitchenware…). Bed is comfortable, bathroom has automatic ventilation.

There was not really something to dislike.

I actually liked everything from check-in to check-out. The layout of the appartment is perfect and has all things needed should you want to cater for yourself. The only thing you should be aware of is the fact that there is no elivator which might be a problem when staying on the higher floors. I’m sure however that a stay at the lower floors can be accomidated on request.

Nothing. Everything was great. The only detail is that there's no elevator so maybe for some people traveling with big bags or any physical condition could be difficult to reach the last floor (3rd floor).

This apartment is worth every penny. The apartment was spacious, clean and tidy. The bed was big and comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft. The kitchen has everything you need if you plan to have a quick dinner. They gave us a lot of water and some snacks and coffee which is an amazing detail. The area is very safe and quiet and you can easily reach the city center by taxi (Grab) or walking for 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

The apartment is close to a big road so sometimes it's noisy. Apartment is a bit out of the center which is good if you like walking and would like a place without crowd. Just keep in mind center is 1-2kms. :)

Everybody who travel a lot in Asia, know that situation when a not the best room got 10 points because the host is super kind. This 10 is not that 10. The host was super kind and the room was just amazing. We use the kitchen to make our breakfast and the living room + bedroom style was useful for us 'cause my wife had to work. The owner helped us to discuss details with our driver who couldn't speak English, thanks a lot again! :)
