United KingdomWe couldn't get hot water in the bathroom sink. Plug let water out too. Shower slow to warm up, but great when it did. Breakfast ok, bit could be hotter. That said, would definitely stay here again if in Chiang Rai.

AustraliaThe hotel location is a little far from the town centre, which is a short drive away. The immediate surrounding area seemed a bit quiet, which is not necessarily a negative.
for the standard of the hotel it was very good value and we were very happy with our stay. Friendly service at front counter. The hotel is very clean Before I had checked in, staff communicated very efficiently to help me find a driver to tour the surrounding area of Chiang Rai. The breakfast was very good; decent selection, well prepared. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to swim in the pool which looked very nice.

New ZealandOn arrival one of the rooms provided empty water bottles, sloppy cleaning. The accommodation focus is on hugs- unfortunately it seems some of the staff are needing hugs, especially ladies at reception. The wifi is unstable, it will require password often which is very long, they need to sort this.
Fairly good location if you have your own transportation. The property did not offer any tours or transportation to the main centre, although the clock tower is walkable. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

United KingdomThe bathroom was not nice plus we had issues with the hot water but it wasn't a big deal as the maintenance man (who seems to fix literally everything in the building!) came immediately to sort it. Our main issue was the about of motorbikes that were on the property and the noise it would make at all hours. I travel for work so I understand people are there for different reasons and like to gather in groups but they would be outside playing their music loud and making noise into the very early hours on both nights that we were there. My issue is its right beside reception but no one told them to keep the noise down in order to be considerate to other guests. I believe it was a Harley Davidson convention or something so its not a frequent occurrence but as a result, we didn't sleep well whilst we were there.
The size of the room. It looked like it had recently been renovated however, it seems as if they either forgot or ran out of budget to do the bathroom. It was a bit grim in comparison.

ItalyYou need a car or taxi to go to the city center, but of course we were aware of the distance.
The location is good to visit Chiang Rai, not far from airport and bus station. The staff was very nice, they helped us with any our requests. The room was large with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The breakfast was good with a lot of food variety, and it was well organized. The swimming pool was nice.

Moreover, the rooms were specious and big. The hotel was also very clean and the facilities were excellent and adequate.

United KingdomFridge goes off when you leave the room…so you have to be careful leaving food in the fridge…and your ice always defrosts. Also, we booked a room to get a balcony…but it wasn’t worth the extra. The ‘balcony’ was just big enough to stand on, no furniture or room to sit, really only any use if you’re a smoker, I would think!
This is a lovely hotel, just far enough outside the centre to be reasonably quiet, with minimal road noise. We booked a junior suite, and it was extremely spacious and comfortable, with a really comfy mattress (unusual for Thailand), very clean, good toiletries and fridge in room. Pool is nice but absolutely freezing! It was ( weather) plenty hot enough for us to brave it though. Staff are really helpful, giving you a map and advising you of things to do. Breakfast was good…selection of Thai and western food. Smart TV had Netflix. You can buy cold drinks and snacks from Reception. We would definitely go back.
