Not so much that we didn't like anything. The facilities are starting to show a bit of wear. Also, we had issues with our shower when we arrived -no warm water-but the excellent staff made sure it was fixed immediately.

Great location to visit Krabi as it is an easy walk to the town center. Also easy to get to from the ferey. The bed was a little softer than we like but that's a matter of preference. We solved the "problem" by removing the mattress topper. The pool was a joy to come to after long walks around town. The staff was uniformly excellent and very helpful, going the extra mile whether it was finding us the beat travel deal or making sure breakfast (which was great) was always replenished and fresh, and the rooms clean.

Location was ok for a stopover from Krabi airport and the reception guy was helpful in booking us our trip to Koh Pangan. Very easy and cheaper than online!

Nice hotel with swimming pool. Breakfast included. Very nice/helpful staff. The hotel is past its best, and you can sense how much better it was in its heyday. It would take so little to bring back those imagined better days. But for £45 for 2 nights, including a nice breakfast, what is there to complain about.

The office staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a restaurant on the first floor with breakfast and dinner. There's a very nice pool in the back but I personally did not use it. The room is clean and spacious with soft linens. The bed is firm but I prefer that.

The property was a little dated but such great value for money. The staff were brilliant and so nice we had a hiccup with our flights and the staff member was unreal in supporting us and helping us out.

A bit out of town so nice and quiet but able to walk in easily. Room was spacious and lovely. We loved the pool and the breakfast was basic but nice. Our favourite thing was the staff they were all so lovely, even gave us free water when we left to make sure we had enough for our onward journey.

Nothing not to like

Beautiful character. Staff were amazing especially our friend on reception who helped us book ferry ticket at late notice. Yummy breakfast. Great pool

The bathroom is a bit dark. The rain shower head doesn’t work properly.

We liked the style and decor of the lobby, the pool was big, and has afternoon shade. The room was pretty and the mattress a bit softer than usual for Thailand ( my preference). Staff were pleasant and helpful.

A bit reluctant to criticise too much as the staff were so friendly and helpful. But, the place needs a deep clean, not just the daily once over from housekeeping. The breakfast and restaurant food were mediocre at best. The whole place is a bit shambolic. Some would say this is part of its charm - the best marigold hotel springs to mind. As others have suggested Dee Andaman has the potential to be a really top class establishment.(which Krabi badly needs). Having said all this we are due to return in 10 days for 2 more nights as the alternatives in Krabi are few.

The room was large. The staff were great. The pool looked good but because the hotel was so busy so was the pool so we didn't use it.

The staff were so friendly. The manager was extremely friendly and always so helpful. The rooms were done everyday, not always consistently, sometimes we got body wash, sometimes 2 shampoos. But it was no big deal, just went down to the desk and got what we needed. The pool was great, just not cleaned on a regular basis. Two days before we left they did and it was great. They just don’t have enough loungers around the pool, only 5, and a couple of those are cracked. The location wasn’t great, but wasn’t bad. It was quiet. It was about a 2k walk to go into the town, and their wasn’t any restaurants close by. We did find one litre gem, Sonya’s Cafe just around the corner. Excellent coffees, and even better food! The breakfast was not bad, toast, eggs, coffee, fruit, and juice. What more does one need? Plus a few other things in there as well.
