The breakfast was complete but the quality of the pastries was not there. We would have appreciated less but better quality.

The location was perfect, close to everything but not too close to remain calm. The room was clean and convenient. The picture reflects effectively the reality. The personnel were friendly and very nice.

My only problems were with the bathroom. After flushing the toilet there was always a sewage kind of smell that would last in the air for a few minutes. Not a big deal but not pleasant

Room was very clean and the bed and pillow were super comfortable. Staff were lovely and friendly, happy to help with any questions or problems. The breakfast was good, with Thai and Western options. The pool is great too. Also, amazing location, only a short walk to the town's night bazaar and street food market.

Flooring not super clean. No hand soap in bathroom-used the complimentary shower gel. While the room was spacious and a large desk, there was not a lot of space for luggage, unless you put it on the desk.

Easy walk from bus station. Easy to communicate in advance with hotel. Smooth check in and check out. Spacious room. Breakfast included-good variety.

Considering that the resort was nearly empty , I was given probably the worst room. The toilet was constantly running. I reported it , and the maintenance guy had a quick fix on it. Unfortunately at the first flush , water started flowing freely again .. all night ! Even closing the bathroom door didn’t help , hearing the constant running of water . This was very annoying !! I mentioned it again at the reception, and also that there was NO hot water available in the shower. It is not nice to wash your hair with cold water ! I let the tap open to run for 5 min and still no warm / hot water. Been told that they will look into it.... That wasn’t good enough! so I went back to the reception complaining again , and finally I have been offered a different room. I was booked in for another 4 nights there and was finally happy to receive an upgraded room for my first 2 days of inconvenience at this resort. This room had pool view and everything was working, how it should.

The resort was very clean with good internet and good breakfast. The pool was excellent, big and clean and pool towels and shade provided . 2nd room , was great , as everything worked and had pool view. Thanks !

Nothing to dislike. Worth noting - Google Maps doesn’t recognise there is a small side entrance on Sampanard Soi 2/3 if you’re walking from the bus station and takes you the long way round (25 mins instead of 10!)

The room was cute but the bed was VERY hard and I woke up with back pain both days of my stay. The corridors are a bit dark and dated, this Could be improved with some fresh paint, Plants and more lighting. If they could change out the beds, I believe they would have better ratings as I read other reviews about the beds being hard and I thought “oh It will be fine” 🤣

We had a great stay at Diamond Park Inn. The Check In process was very efficient and staff was super helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and clean. We loved spending time at the pool, which was well maintained. Personally I would have wished for a bigger variety of fresh fruits at the breakfast buffet. 7-Eleven is in 3 minute walking distance which was nice!

The AC in our room was smelling very bad (like when it's mouldy) so we better decided to turn it completely off. There were no wardrobes or drawers even (for us didn't matter at all, but for a longer stay would be worse). The swimming pool was nice and clean but the area around doesn't look as nice as on the pictures and the ladder to go inside the pool was broken, so it needs a little bit of caring. All in all, the stay was worth the money and we still enjoyed ourselves.

The mattress was really comfortable and both the room and bathroom clean and provided with hygiene supplies (even toothbrush/toothpaste etc.) The staff at reception were friendly and booked for us a daily tour, which was amazing. Breakfast was satisfying enough, just oriented a bit more already towards lunch. Location was nice and quiet, further from the centre, but still close enough (15-20 mins walking time).

The locational was close to downtown and the Bazart Food Market. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was very comfortable. The swimming pool was large and lovely! Thank you!
