Everything! Spacious room and bathroom with a sea view balcony, small hotel with few customers that makes the experience even more enjoyable, extremely friendly staff, amazing breakfast and rooftop venue with pool, a lot of facilities and easy access to the beach, yet not too far away from Hua Hin center. We really enjoyed our stay there!!

The place is a nice little boutique hotel near to the sea. It serves us wholesome daily breakfast with lots of fruits and healthy smoothies. The place is quiet and value for money. Highly recommend this place

The common area is a little stuffy. It is just a small matter only.

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach is right out the window, and only 10mins drive to the malls.

Too many. Where to start… Location is awesome - very close to the beach, quiet but there are restaurants and convenient stores nearby: Bed is very comfy; AC works very well; the bathtub and shower are amazing; service is perfect; breakfast is very healthy and delicious; etc.

I couldn’t connect to the wifi during my stay but I found this problem late at night and I have plenty of data with my mobile phone so I didn’t communicate this issue with the hotel staff. It should be fine I guess but next time when I stay here (yes will come back for sure) I will check wifi connection first.

Everything!! The staff are just so kind, open hearted and helpful. The room was large, clean and the bath is AMAZING! I would definitely come here again. The breakfast was delicious and all the food is organic.

It’s a small hotel with only 5 rooms, the room we stayed in was a good size with a comfortable bed, large bathroom and a dressing table area for the ladies. The balcony has a great view of the sea and has a cushioned lounger as well as chairs and a table. The breakfast had a good selection with friendly staff to prepare selected dishes from the menu. The location is a little out of town but on a quiet road and there are good quality restaurants close by and the town is a short bolt ride away. Wi-Fi is good.

The staff were fantastic, friendly and very professional. Large bedroom, great seaviews and very clean. Amazing breakfast. Cannot wait to go back again.

I was in room 5, very recommended, with a nice poarch facing the ocean (not a full view but good enough). The staff is amazing, such nice people and will help you with any tho ING you need. Nice pool and roof to relax if that is what you are looking for. Very nice, small family hotel. Highly recommend.

The staff is very very nice. They provided a warm welcome with a smile on their faces. The room was comfortable. When we went for breakfast, they offered and recommended various menus, like the homemade yoghurt, oat and banana pancake, their special juice, and so on.

The sea view was blocked by the new build pool villa.

Key and the ladies in the dining area are wonderful and can't do enough for you. The breakfast was amazing. Healthy and freshly cooked for us each morning. Beautiful view of the sea from our room and only a few minutes walk.

The Personal is Gold.

The pool villa is a scam. You don't get the rooftop pool with a view, but rather the ground floor. Unfortunately, it's surrounded by a high wall, and you have no view at all. Management won't allow cancellation upon arrival, so we now have to go to court in Thailand with a lawyer from Privileg Visa to get our money back. It's dubious and costs more than reputable hotels in the area.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. With only five rooms, it's not too big, but very modern and has a great design. A lovely, spacious room with a large balcony and shower overlooking the sea. The rooftop pool is also very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
