Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Extremely clean room satellite TV which is very good when you just want to chill they have a lovely swimming pool very nice people if you’re looking for somewhere nice and peaceful this is the place

NetherlandsI arrive afternoon and they gave me the key and after I couldn't find anyone for my questions. It's quiet a walk to the beach in the heat, passing stray dogs and a lot of garbage next the road. Got lost on way back...in evening a bit scary. In the night the grab driver couldnt find it, also they turned off the light on the hotelsign so difficult to recognize. In the morning before 07.00 loud talking next my room, and couldnt fall asleep anymore due thin curtains Leaving to much light. So I decided not to extend. Then I found they have a reception and pool (day before I thought it was private peoperty so I didn't go..), they didn't tell me anything.
The room was Ok.

United StatesCan not find the place. It's address is in Thai. Even a thai taxi driver could not figure out how to get to the hotel without getting lost. The hotel flip flopped on availability of my room. Just got off the plane and then I get a messaged they can not give me the room! Then hours later they tell me I can get the room.
Clean cozy room if you can find the place.
