Advertised with cooking facilities but didn't have any. Mini sofa was dirty and stained, curtains were dirty and stained. Whole room was old and worn. Needs updating

A very dangerous way to walk from Sukhumvit rd to the hotel.

The bed quality is at the top. Quiet. Shuttle, but only one way. It seems easy to organise go and back? Very friendly staff.

Firstly it was advertised as having a Sofa Bed - But it definitely is not a Sofa bed!!! And only a child could sleep on it. I had to sleep on the floor but I didn't mind and the apartment was NICE!!! Secondly The Staff didn't seem very Happy to receive guests. Maybe they were under a lot of pressure....

The Suite itself was great for the price with 2 balconies, shower, bath, fridge and Microwave. The breakfast was fine too. A choice of a cooked dish, fruit, coffee and juice 😋 For a one night stay the location was great - in a quiet suburban street yet near some great restaurants and bars in Wattana district and close to Ekkimai Bus terminal. If you could afford to get Grabs and Taxis into town - then this would probably be the perfect place to stay and come back to (If planning to stay in Bangkok for a longer period of time)... Great Value!!! 🙂

The furniture has aged. The balcony ledge is slightly low. No utensils to cook. Housekeeping staff is noisy from the morning and usually 2 to 3 women enter and they talk loudly while cleaning, plus they talk across apartments being cleaned on the same floor. Soap and shampoo dispensers weren't refilled since a long time during my stay since the soap/shampoo had separated(couldn't identify one from the other since no labels).

Value for money. Housekeeping staff daily. Receptionist is helpful. Free shuttle to BTS every 30mins. Comfortable apartment. Decent breakfast options. Quiet surroundings unless you have noisy neighbours in the building.

There was occasional water leakage in the toilet — though im not too fussed about that because it dried up quick! Not too sure if it is because of the rain, but i noticed that there were 2-3 ants on my bed but they did not come back after i got rid of them.

Kept really clean and tidy. Food was good! Staff were friendly and helpful despite language barrier. The room also had enough natural light coming in during the day and it was spacious enough for a comfortable stay :)

Little things like missing lightbulbs,lack of usb adapted plugs,faulty TV ,unreliable tuk tuk service indicates penny pinching attitude from management.It would be easy to make this a great facility if they showed a little care for the customer.

A bit far from everything, you would need to either take grab or BTS, free shuttle only drops to BTS but no pickup servcie.

Everything's great about the stay neat, clean and comfortable bed, host provided a free upgrade. Room was very spacious, nice jacuzi in the bathroom, free shuttle to BTS every half n hour. Room also had oven, fridge and some cutleries.

No toiletries were provided. The location was not the most convenient as it was quite inside from the main road. The wi-fi did not work.

The size of the room was good. Bathroom was good too. The locality was quiet and peaceful.

The breakfast wasn't good. The method for logging into the WiFi is annoying.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The room was better than we expected. Quite spacious and the terrace had a great view. The shuttle every 30 minutes is super convenient.

Apartment could be a bit refreshed

A cozy apartment in the calm neighborhood of Bangkok. Easy check-in/out, a good advantage is that they offer free Tuk-Tuk which could drive you to the shop / metro station. Comfortable and big bed.

One of the main drawbacks I encountered was the lack of soundproofing in the room. For instance, there was some kind of animal—its exact species or type was unclear—causing significant disturbance in the middle of the night and early morning hours. This made it quite challenging to sleep during those times. This would be the only negative aspect I experienced during my stay.

I was highly impressed by the spaciousness of the room, the prime location, the exceptional cleanliness, and the professionalism of the staff, who were extremely cooperative and attentive.
