Friendly and accommodating owners who really make you feel at home. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Quiet, comfortable and spacious rooms with thoughtful touches (it was St Valentines Day). All rooms are on the ground floor. A good breakfast selection is included.

The location is primarily a residential area so there appeared to be nowhere to eat nearby. The city centre is about a 20 minute walk away, although Grab e-hailing is available.

The property is a bit far from the city center and it’s a perfect choice if you’re looking for a quiet stay, We liked the room it was quite spacious and very clean. We had anything we needed for our stay. Very good shower and comfy bed. We stayed just one night but it would be our choice for a longer stay as well. The staff were very friendly and we felt welcomed.

Parking spaces are availlable but limited, be sure to mention whilst booking if you will arrive by car.

Friendly place with a very good atmosphere. You can borrow a bike for free or rent a well maintained scooter for 250 Baht/day. They can also organize Thai massage in your room. The owners and staff were very kind, and always helpful with taxi bookings and sharing information. Good place to stay if you have activities planned during the day and only spend the nights there. Owner Kay is a master judo teacher, you can book a class with her when she is in residence, but she is frequently absent. If judo is important for you, check her availability before planning your stay (I missed it because during my 6 days stay, she was only available one early morning)

If you want a place to hang out and relax during the day, this is not ideal. The property consists of a building with adjoining rooms, each with a small terrace facing the parking lot. The window also faces the parking lot so I drew the curtains most of the time. As everything is close together there is little privacy, and you can hear animated discussions of your next door neighbors through the walls (though most guests are peaceful and quiet, I had noisy neighbors only one night). The terraces get hot during the day when the sun hits them. There is no common area except the somewhat cramped breakfast area, so no place to sit and relax during the day.

Owner was amazing. Drove me on back of his scooter to money changer as I had just arrived from Laos. I asked him where I could find a money changer and he said, "hop on". Great location. Very quiet in a busy town. 19 minute walk to fabulous night market.
