The location was far from the city so getting taxis or Grab is challenging but the owner is very accommodated. He can get you transportation if needed. The beach has a lot of trash. The town people come and collect the trash every Thursday but the next couple of days there will be more trash again. Leadership needs to invest in a trash collecting vehicle or machine so the trash can be collected daily instead of once a week. It will help to attract more visitors.

We only booked 2 nights 😟

Absolutely huge!! Our last place was about the same size as Sammy’s bathroom. 😁 Beachfront and up on the 2nd floor with a balcony facing the water. Delicious coffee and seafood and super affordable pricing as well. Sammy and his wife were super nice and helpful. We were also able to do our laundry on site, which I don’t think I saw listed on the posting.

Perfect location opposite the beach

The appartements are ideally located directly at at the beach (just a small road inbetween). Rayong is very nice and relaxing, off the beaten track. Sammy, the owner and his wife are very nice and helpful. Sammy is not only a very good host, but he knows the area and facilities very well and guided us around. He is also an experienced consultant for many topics that are useful for tourists and to-become-residents. We were very glad to meet him. Thanks a lot for all.

Sammy was the best host. He took care of everything. Good value. I loved the big room and great terrace and view. Excellent restaurants and bars within short walking distance. Definitely staying there again.

Everything good

Great view from the balcony overlooking the beach through the trees. Beautiful area to stay. Sammy and Onesai are excellent hosts They are friendly and will help with anything you need. Sammy speaks fluent English. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything we needed, including in the kitchen. And the comfy bed had four pillows and a bedside lamp each! Thank you Sammy and Onesai, we enjoyed our time at your place and will return.

Kitchen didn't have very much cooking stuff. Internet slow. 1.5km to nearest 7/11. Rubbish on beach is bad but i think that's because it's the off season and they don't clean it every day.

Very very quiet area. Good seafood restaurants within 200m. Is off season and beautiful beach(except for rubbish) is deserted. Great hosts. Bigger than expected. More like 100m2 room.

Nothing it’s so peaceful n friendly, sunshine every day n the sea water temperature so warm n clean.

Full size large apartment with living room, eating facilities bedroom. Washroom. Being in front of the sea viewing it while having breakfast n coffee on your balcony. Very Peaceful part of town. Restaurants with great prices n 7-11 nearby.

The road outside could be a little noisy at times, though perhaps this was because we were there over the bank holiday weekend.

Lovely clean spacious apartment, the photo doesn't really do it justice. The hosts are super friendly and gave us tips for lots of activities locally, we did not do much because we just wanted to be lazy on the beach but they were super helpful with everything from bike rent to local dinners. The beach is literally opposite the apartment and it's a very clean beach with great water. Lots of good restaurants nearby with top quality seafood.

bed was too firm for me, only a few walkable food options

great view, big room, the ocean is right there! the owners are friendly, very helpful and easy. we stayed for nearly two weeks after initially booking only 2 days. very local, no tourists. you’ll need a motorbike if you want to do something other than chill at the beach.
