Anche quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo imprevisto con la scheda della camera hanno immediatamente risolto nonostante l'ora tarda. La posizione era buona perché l'hotel ci metteva a disposizione una navetta che ci portava direttamente alla BTS. Colazione fantastica! C'era una quantità di cibo enorme che svariava dal dolce al salato. Consiglio questo hotel al 100%!

Personale gentile, abbiamo chiesto con poco anticipo di prepararci la colazione al sacco il giorno della partenza (doveva essere pronta alle 4 del mattino) e sono riusciti ad accontentarci. Consiglierei assolutamente, inoltre si trova in una zona carina, piena di centri commerciali apprezzato il servizio navetta

Il letto a castello dei bimbi era in una posizione scomoda e bisognava fare molta attenzione a non battere la testa. I principali punti turistici della città non erano vicinini.

Non aver avuto il taxi gratuito all’arrivo in aereo porto. La procedura prevede che venga espressamente richiesto. Ma se all’atto,della prenotazione è’ presente la dicitura Taxi Gratis e io mando il volo e ora di arrivo penso possa bastare
