Regarding our location, we are in fact directly connected to Terminal 21 Pattaya and within close reach of many attractions including the beach, shopping, dining, temples, and nightlife. However, we understand that each guest may have different preferences about what feels central and convenient, and we respect your perspective. With regard to alcoholic beverages, it is correct that our hotel does not sell alcohol on-site as part of our brand policy. We do, however, allow guests to bring their own with no corkage charge, and our team is always happy to assist with convenient purchase options from nearby outlets, including Terminal 21 supermarket and online delivery directly to the hotel. We are sorry if this was not clearly communicated in a way that felt helpful to you. For housekeeping service, our team works daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and we are more than happy to adjust to earlier or specific timing upon request.
