Biggest and most delicious buffet breakfast. Biggest pool area with water park and magical photo spots. Fantastic buffet dinner. Extremely friendly staff. This is the ideal hotel for a family, especially if you prefer being amongst Europeans and Thais. Peaceful and respectful guests throughout. Will definitely come back on our 11th trip to Pattaya. Special thanks to AM, a girl in the restaurant who cared for us so much.

The quality of the food for breakfast was not what might be expected. The bread choice was very limited and of poor quality.

Room and bed were excellent. View was reasonable and location was good for shopping and entertainment but less for beach access.

The breakfast was exceptional with a lot of choice. The rooms were a decent size for 2 people and was cleaned every day. Front staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location with ample forms of transport at the front door and a huge shopping centre next door. Its a very family orientated hotel with plenty of options for children and a huge pool area.

In the below some minor improvements: - We had our do not disturb mode on so we can do naps or enjoy a movie we did not need house keeping to come, my husband got phone calls to ask whether everything was ok even though we did not wanted to be disturbed, when we needed something we would dial 0 to request. A note under the door is enough to know that we missed house keeping. - Our toilet did not function, lid would not close or open, the sofa bed was not comfortable as it contained out of 2 pieces and it moved a part when sleeping on it, when 3 people in the room we suggest to have an extra chair on the balcony. - The first days there were no pillows on the long chairs/beds near the pool, the beds were rock hard, also they were not kept clean after use of the guests and the pillows were removed 5:45 as the waterpark closes, put the pool remains open to 8, it feels rushed for guest when you are starting to remove the pillows. The pool bar closed earlier than the waterpark & pool. - There were kids in the fitness room playing on the treadmill, this should be looked after by the staff as it is annoying for other guest and dangerous for the kids to be in it should be a no kids zone. - There were no deals/packages for hotel guest at their Lets relax spa

- My daughter (6year) had the best holiday ever! She loved everything about the kids club, all the activities and she had a favorite teacher Tinga (I hope I spell her name right), we noticed she was so good & nice with her, she miss her now when we are back home. The activities were executed with much fun, the hair braiding, crafts, painting nails, obstacle run & the foam party with the moo deng dance. Super kidfriendly hotel with air hockey & fuss ball table near the gym area - The breakfast was one of the best I had with many life cooking stations catering to western & Asian needs, I still miss the breakfast now I am back home - The room (2921)was spacious modern, with Japanese toilet, milky way lighting, clean & comfortable with a nice view from the balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. Complimentary minibar with snacks provided every day. - The waterpark & the pool was amazing, the garden kept very clean with the artificial grass lawn. We took an inflatable turtle with us they inflated the turtle and also kept them in the storage so we did not have to take back in the room as it was huge - Stunning rooftop restaurant overlooking Pattaya - Directly connected with Terminal 21 close to Central Marina mall, very centrally located in Pattaya Thank you for having us the staff was super nice & accomodating, this was one of the best places we have stayed in our lives!
