Everything was perfect and the hosts were helpful, accommodating, kind and helpful. They also rent out scooters in situ, which is extremely comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this place.

If I had to nitpick, the shower was a bit messy... That's it.

My second stay here and I would stay again next time I am in Chiang Rai.

Closer car parking, but that is not the accommodation's fault.

Wonderful women running this guesthouse! Kind, generous, and knowledgeable. Lovely, quiet place tucked away from Chiang Rai's busyness.

The room was lovely and clean, in a great location as only a short walk from the market, shops & bus station. The bed was large and comfortable, the aircon worked great - we can not fault this accommodation & will return. The people were friendly & extremely helpful xx

Great value for money, beautiful white fluffy towels provided every day! Comfy bed and extra pillows! Fab Italian restaurant, Cafe Sasa, close by as is night market. Great coffee at the top of the street and decent Thai food beside it!

8/9 minute walk for breakfast places!

Loved everything about this property. The bed is so comfy, room and bathroom are spacious. Can rent a motorbike here easily. We even extended two nights as we were loving it here so much. Everyone made us feel so welcomed. Got fresh towels and water everyday. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately there was a power outage from about 1pm to 4:30pm, it was extremely hot that day and no air conditioning (die to power outage) but too hot to go outside when suffering from food poisoning. No water either so couldn’t cool down from that, and the toilets didn’t flush. Sure it wasn’t the hotels problem but just bad luck.

Good location, close to town but nice and quiet. The family and staff are all pleasant. Rooms have everything you need. Motorbikes are available to rent also.

Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Room service was fantastic and got everything you needed. The size of the room was good and there is enough storage space, a fridge, kettle. Tea and instant coffee are available free of charge. We also received very good fruit. The bus station is not far away and can be reached on foot. The associated moto rental is uncomplicated (pass deposit or deposit of 3000 THB). We were able to rent the best maintained moped since we have been on the road in Asia. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Tours are also offered.

The only thing we found a bit of a pity: There was no place to smoke comfortably. We don't smoke much, but every now and then it's cozy. Standing in front of the driveway had more of a schoolyard feeling.

Super friendly and welcoming hosts who provided us with water, bananas and fresh towels every day of our stay. Lovely spacious room and in perfect walking distance to nearby restaurants.

Really comfy room in Chiang Rai! We were only there for 2 nights, but were provided fresh towels and water on day 2. Choice to rent scorer through property which was useful. Room was clean on arrival and restaurants within short walk. 7/11 not too far of a walk also - Perfect for short stay.
