Convenient, clean, good attention to detail!

Self check-in details were not sent to us prior to arrival, but it was easy enough to contact the staff onsite.

The room and the bathroom were big and clean, and the bed was comfy. The location was also good a bit retired, but everything is within walking distance. There is a kitchen for those interested. The manager was reachable per WhatsApp and answered within the half hour if one had questions.

Could be a bit noisy at night, but I could sleep. Do not leave food on the outside, I made the mistake of leaving muffins on the table and had unwanted guests, aka ants, but once the food is out of the way, they disappeared. Be sure not to dirty/break anything. They had a list with prices, which can be a bit off putting.

We were only there 1 night but it was big and had everything we needed. A 12 minute walk into the Main Street. Information was left for cruises down the Mekong River.

3 flights up and the bunk beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Really clean, very chill and felt privacy was respected which we love. complimentary water every day but also a refill option and free coffee, tea and bread (and toaster and microwave). Big TV in the room with Netflix and big clean bathroom, shower had good water pressure. Restaurants close by, 7/11 and launderette 2 mins walk

Amazing place to stay! Super comfortable beds, lots of space, really clean, nice big Smart TV, you get free water every day, lots of warm water from the shower and nice towels. Location is also perfect, close to everything. Such an amazing value for money!

Large modern room with a nice price. Excellent furniture, very clean.

This could have been a fair 10 if not for one big problem. There is a busy road under your windows and it has terrible sound insulation. It feels like you are sleeping in a tent by the road. Sometimes you even feel how the walls and bed shake from passing cars.

It was modern and nice place, good room, very clean and comfortable. 10 mins by walk from main market, restaurants and bars.

Around 10 min walk from bus station, the place was perfect for me for the short stay. Very easy to check in and out, I could also leave my luggage longer. The owners were friendly and very easy to communicate with, the instructions very clear. They also provided little details like ear plugs for the noise of the road (I didn't need them at all, the road was quiet at night). The facilities were very clean and I could see owners really card about the design of the space. The comfiest bed I had in my Thailand trip and big comfy shower with properly hot water.

Walking distance to the central area of Chiang Rai and sightseeing such as the Golden Clock Tower. Tons of food and cafe options just a short walk away. If you want a trip to the mall, it's only 5 minutes by Grab car and very inexpensive. I loved the rooms and the self-check in process was easy and convenient. You can also rent a scooter from the property directly.

No elevators (stairs only) but this was a minor issue as I was backpacking.

The cleaning could be improved a little, in general everything was fine but the shower needs a little more thorough cleaning and there were several ants in the room (nothing serious, I know) but a bit annoying

Was a beautiful property, can see they put a lot of effort and dedication to making it clean. Was one of the nicest places we have stayed in Thailand with a clean/homely feel. Bed was the comfiest we have stayed in yet and the bathroom was spacious. Had a tv with Netflix on which I know is not essential but a nice touch after wanting to chill after a long day. Great location too, close to the night bazaar!

The stairs are a bit steep so just be careful with luggage!

Very new, clean, you can make coffee or tea, and you can wash your clothes for additional payment, very friendly personnel. Comfy bed and clean shower and nice cosmetics - shower gel and shampoo that I loved haha and we didn’t hear the noise that much.
