On arrival the downstairs reception area is good. Location good right in The Middle of Everything The room we had was very large a good sized balcony, But that is where it stops To the manager of the hotel. The room was very dirty, Mirrors in both bathroom and bedroom have not been cleaned for a long time dust everywhere, Walls had been painted at some time with splashmarks just left on the floor Patio doors with Fingerprints all over them no effort to clean whatsoever The bathroom well here we go!! Toilets seat half brown just disgusting No effort to replace Shower curtain hanging on 4 hooks I had to repair myself I asked the cleaner to clean the bath got a very strange look still wasn't done, The tiles inside the bath shower area have not been clean for years Brown scum all over them just no effort to remove whatsoever Mister manager I think you need to kick some ass with your cleaners cause they are just pulling your hotel down

The bed is pretty hard. (I give the bed 4/10) If you have a bad back then this bed ain't for you. Old building that could need some real tlc. But for the price it is no problem. Other than that there is nothing else I can put my finger on.

Spent a few nights here before going ti Chiang Mai. Location is great. Fiendly and helpfull staff. Clean rooms and a great pool on the roof. The toilet was good, good pressure in the shower. Little fridge that worked great. Aircon was alright. Balcony was great, I love to get some air in and dry my clothes there. Working elevator. Good WiFi. Good value if you don't need the highest standards. 7/10

Needs updated. A bar at the pool would be nice or even a drinks machine! The loungers are in a bad state too no facilities in the rooms as in tea coffee they do have a good size fridge. Room had a balcony nothing to sit on no table chair. It’s very noisy inside and out.

I don't mind the old rundown building and old style furniture, but you really need to improve on cleaning and mainenance!

Very good location, friendly staff, nice rooftop with beach view. Overall a decent place, but not the cleanest.

The cleanliness of the rooms was very poor dust in range slider runners behind the fridge and under the bed had not been cleaned for months. The edge of bath where shower was had black mold. There was a large roof top pool which had green slime on edge of pool. There where 10 loungers and only 5 covers, These where in a dirty state with holes and where stuck to loungers. Bathroom had a smell so door had to be left open. Lifts did not feel safe

Highfive is in the Centre of Pattaya close to shopping mall and shopping market We had room 14 on floor 10 looking down the street with sea view which is the reason we booked this room Plenty of restaurants Good large balcony

On the downside, the staff’s refusal to accept credit card payments was inconvenient, and the rooms and facilities could greatly benefit from a renovation. Also, the air conditioner in the room seemed faulty and failed to cool the air properly.
