Clean, Beautiful and all Staff very friendly and helpfull

The staff was an absolute disaster upon arrival during the check in process. It was one argument after another. When I booked the room online, the room included breakfast each morning. I pre-paid for the entire time there at the booking point. That was not a big deal to me, thats the way I prefer to pay, and most days I dont even eat breakfast. But one lady staffer told me in order to get breakfast, my receipt needed to specify breakfast on the confirmation. The staff didnt even have keys for us to get in and out of the room when we checked in. Later, I was able to meet with the hotel manager, Sebastian, on the morning of the third day we were there. Sebastian was able to smooth things over, he was very gracious. He even comped us a couple of drinks at the bar upstairs on the rooftop.

The pool there at the Hilton is exceptional but I was not able to swim because of a previous injury. My girlgriend swam and she enjoyed herself. We were able to walk on the beach beyond the pool each morning and that was very nice. The room was a very nice room but it was super gadget oriented. The room turned out to be a real challenge as far as the lights and this metal screen that separated the living quarters from the bathroom were concerned. We could not figure out the lights and how to turn on a specific light and the metal screen kept going up during the middle of the night, waking us up each night. But the bed was very comfortable and very homey outside of all the gadgetry.

The only small thing was the pillows were very uncomfortable. I did ask for softer pillow but they were all the same. Looked puffy but was very flat.

The hotel is perfectly located with beach frontage and many restaurants and bars within close walking distance. The premium room was very well setup and beds were very comfortable. Huge choice for breakfast with indoor and outdoor dining. The pool is large with many sunbeds available. Rooftop bar was very nice. Money exchange just out the front. Staff are all very nice.

The facilities were good. The main benefit was the proximity to the beach and to the key attractions in central Hua Hin. The staff were also very helpful.

Everything is perfect. From the location to the staff to the facilities. We booked two rooms for six nights and were travelling with two kids. The staff was very pleasant, polite and always eager to help. We arrived around 12pm from Bangkok and they let us check in immediately which was fantastic. I think the hotel has recently been renovated cause the rooms seemed fresh and new. The food at breakfast was super and amazing variety. So for me it’s 10/10

I wanted to play tennis with the family but the gym staff told me there was a charge which was not mentioned anywhere

Food was a resonable standard and the hotel location was excellent. I asked if it was possible to upgrade the room but non we're available. I orginally asked for a connecting room but again, non were available.

We liked everything!

We booked a twin executive suite & it was worth the extra cost. Large well equipped room with enormous balcony & sea view. All staff are so helpful & friendly. Perfect location.

Live music on the 17th floor was amazing; top quality voices. Breakfast was good; lobby cafe provides great service and coffee; room was great apart from mattress (too soft with no support, may be just worn out, hard to sleep).

The beach which is accessed through the hotel is OK but compared to many other beaches in Thailand or the world is not the best.

This is a very good hotel in a great location. The staff were fantastic from check in to departure. I wanted a high floor and was given a complimentary upgrade. I was also able to check in a little early and check out late. The view from the balcony was terrific. I used the pool and gym which were both good. Overall a very good experience.

Light switches in room were very confusing and the cupboard the bar fridge is in is impracticable as you have to open both doors to get to bar fridge door
