Despite the large number of guests during breakfast, the team managed the situation in a highly organized and efficient manner. ThailandSpotlessly clean. The staff are pleasant and courteous. I love the scent every time I step out of the lift—it smells so clean! Even the bath soap smells really nice. There’s a café in the lounge area and a convenience store (Lawson 108) right in front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is basic but satisfying—rice, meat dishes, eggs, sausages, congee, ham, bread, coffee, tea, juices, veggies, fruits, yogurt, and cereals. By the way, the chicken dish during our stay was so tasty! I also appreciate the English news channels—definitely a plus. Reception decor is a delight.

CanadaThe shower does not maintain a constant temperature and pulses to dangerously high temperatures. The eggs and ham/sausage are not kept at food safe temperatures at the buffet, they should be kept below 2 degrees C or above 60 degrees C, this is basic food safety. The rooms are small.
Impeccably clean with amazing housekeeping staff. Powerful A/C and comfy beds as well as quiet rooms. Built to western standards, it's a nice break from all the common problems with most Thai hotels. The breakfast is good with options that change throughout the week.

Czech RepublicQueues during breakfast, which might be richer, very slow coffee machine makes people irritated and also long line to get the machine make a coffee, but I think it might be solved in near future.
Brand new hotel, which has a chance to become excellent hotel after improving certain bothering issues. Reception ladies are indeed great and friendly, pool is cool and all the spaces are very clean.
