During my stay, the hotel was fully booked, so understandable that there's crowded during breakfast time and had to queue up for 5 mins. 30-min drive from Pattaya. Quite difficult to find parking due to fully booked hotel. If u want to get good view e.g. sea view, that s not what u can expect from this hotel. However, it s nice stay and reasonable price and management.
The system during check-in is good. Staffs are great in replying any question. Clean room and towels Very near 24-hr operating KFC and 7-11, just 1 min walk

The breakfast is good, but the serving time should be extended until 10:30 AM, as it gets very crowded — the space is insufficient and the food runs out quickly.

ThailandThe hotel’s facilities are all good. We booked two separate rooms and the hotel kindly upgraded them to be connecting rooms which is perfect! In terms of location. It’s a bit far from town and the seaside public park but that’s not a problem for us as we have a car.

ThailandThe breakfast offered many choices, but the taste was not good at all. The staff did not make eye contact. They didn't even try; they immediately refused our request. I believe that perhaps because we are Thai, you treated us differently. I would like to suggest that the hotel should have spare parts for in-room amenities available for purchase, in case guests are unable to bring them on the airplane. As I also work in hospitality, I believe that your brand can train your staff according to SOP and improve on this.
The room was clean and appeared new; we were very pleased with it. There were many promotions, which were very interesting.
