Breakfast was really just some toast and coffee but we also were given a banana which was nice.

The hotel was very basic, but it was ok for our needs.

Very helpful staff when asking for co-joined rooms on arrival. Last minute extra family members were in attendance. Hotel staff were more than helpful with our request. Recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget and not far from the city center.

- No toilet paper, it was the end of the roll when I arrived, and the bidet is (too) strong. - The tap from the washbasin was barely working, just a gently running tap water -> please fix the tap - I found used cotton buds next to my pillow + stained on the bed sheets -> so cleaning more thoroughly would be welcomed ^ ^ - the bikes need to be checked, the breaks and the seat

The room was spacious, the bed was also comfortable. The view was also nice and the hotel was quiet. Very easy to find, and you get fast to the night market by bicycle. The check-in run smoothly even if the staff doesn't speak much English. I was able to check early. The breakfast, which was a good chicken soup. Staff asked me when I would have breakfast, said 7 a.m, finally I showed up at 6:45 a.m and it was possible to get it. It's greatly appreciated to be able to get early breakfast when you want to leave early. There is free toasts / hot- cold water / honey/ lemon the whole days.

This is the worst « hotel » I had for my trip in Thailand since one months ! Dirty room, dirty office/ reception, the windows are so dirty that you can not see outside. The fridge doesn’t work, the sheet are not clean, don’t small good as a pipée sleep inside before 🤢. I sleep with my clothes… the sheet are not clean , dirty and don’t small good… I had booking for 3 nights but I stayed only 1 night !!! Don’t go there, heaven in booking.com proposed « suite » don’t . I see the place for breakfast, it is a disaster, dirty and nothing…the wifi is worst… not good at all !!!

Staff don’t speak English. Front desk doesn’t seem welcoming. The house is without sound insulation. Every sound reverberates through the house. During the midnight some guy was loudly speaking to the phone in the hall and it was like he is calling in our room. (Of course the main problem was that he had no respect to other guests). The other minus is breakfast- it can’t be called as a breakfast and Booking shouldn’t offer this accommodation like B&B. The breakfast was only toast (you can add a marmalade but no butter) and instant coffee or black tea and water. If you need accomodation for one night and if you don't expect anything from it then it will work.

The shower kept on switching between hot and cold, even if set on hot. The suite I was in has the main window looking at the parking lot, therefore everyone can see what's happening inside. If I pull the curtains there would be no natural light

Convenient location. About 10 minutes on the scooter to the Golden Triangle. A few minutes walk into town. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Very good value. I'll stay here again for sure
