LaosA/C is too noisy. That should be fixed. One or two extra lights might be good and the garbage cans are very small.
Clean, well organized hotel. Nothing fancy, just good. Room is simple but clean and fine. Water pressure and shower very good. Good value for many. Close to Big C and Makro if you need to do some shopping. Also not far from a nice evening (food) market (close to Big C).

Facilities all worked well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Location was good - near Central Plaza and 10 minutes to the airport.
