Nothing about the property. Not sure about all the stray dogs in the area which we didn’t know about before our visit but that’s nothing to do with the property.

Great accommodation for the nightly rate. The owner had thought of everything, fully kitted communal kitchen, hair-dryer, information, umbrellas, etc.

I'm a light sleeper and I had a room facing the front towards the road. There was obviously some traffic but the owners had gone to the trouble of supplying methods to shut any traffic noise out (earplugs, white noise etc) It actually wasn't that bad and I slept well.

Super friendly and helpful family run business. Spotlessly clean. Nice to have a coffee or tea on a help yourself basis.

We stayed in a double room with balcony which was towards the street and we found it to be a bit noisy. Earplugs were provided though, as well as a white-noise device. The garden-view rooms are quieter.

We loved our stay at House of Jade. The double room was spacious and bright, with a very comfortable bed and silent AC. The bathroom was modern and we only had to share it with one other guest. Jade is a very responsive and helpful host who organized a scooter rental and a minivan transfer for us and picked us up from the train station. She also gave us wonderful tips on what to do around the city and in the region. It was great to have access to a fridge, a washing machine (for a small fee), tea/coffee and bicycles. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the beach, the temple and the markets. We would definitely stay here again!

The room I stayed in was located towards the street, which was a bit noisy but totally fine, since earplugs were provided.

The room and the house were nice, clean and comfortable. The owner was really sweet and was always eager to make you feel welcome :) I highly recommend a bike tour with one of the free bikes along the sea towards the ao manao beach. Coffee and tea were freely accessable as well and the stay had a laundry machine in exchange for a few baht.

Only small issue is that between 5-8 in the evening the road is quite busy but we did not hear this in our room at all.

Loved staying at this place for 3 nights. First of all Prachuap is such a great little town. Not as discovered by other tourists but the sea is beautiful, especially Ao Manao beach with its huge limestone cliffs. The hosts Jade and Fred were super friendly. Everything in the house is well taken care of and clean. Shared bathroom was big and there was a lot of water pressure The room is also nice, big, and clean. The bed could have been a little bit bigger, but being quite tall myself I reckon this wouldn't be a problem for other people. There is free water, tea, and coffee throughout the day and you can also take some of the bicycles for free. Prachuap is perfect for biking so if they are not available you can always rent yourself. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this guesthouse! Everything was super clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The room had air conditioning and a lovely view of the temple, which made it feel extra special. The shared bathroom was spotless and only shared between two rooms, so it never felt crowded. The terrace was a fantastic bonus—great air circulation and beautiful views. The amenities were excellent: water, a shared fridge, tea and coffee, and a microwave, all readily available. Free bicycles were also a huge plus, making it easy to explore the area. The owner was always smiling, incredibly responsive to any requests, and provided excellent service. There’s also a washing machine available for just 30 baht, which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay!

Fantastic view from window, very good location, a few minutes drive to sea. everything is conveniently accessible around - shop, local market, sea, cafe, restaurants, pier.. And the owners are very nice people. They make sure your stay is the best experience possible and recommend what to see in this city. We really enjoyed staying here and I highly recommend this place!

I’m thankful that I found such a great place to stay in Prachuap Khiri Khan. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and blessed with a peaceful view of greenery to wake up to every morning; the shared bathroom was always kept clean; and the WiFi worked perfectly. Furthermore, they have bicycles for guests (free of charge), so I borrowed one to explore the neighboring areas even though everything (such as the beach, markets, shops, restaurants, and cafes) is within walking distance. The highlight of the stay, however, was the amazing hosts! They were truly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help me with anything I needed. They simply have a natural way to make their guests feel right at home. I wouldn’t have had such a wonderful stay without them!

It would be unfair to make this comment as the place is new and has some minor teething issues that the owners are already aware of.

The price per night is the best in town. The homestay owners Jade and Fred were lovely. Very accommodating and friendly. The location is in the heart of Prachuap Khiri Khan. Only a couple minutes away from temples, mountain seaside views, restaurants and Monkeys. Night markets are a buzz with atmosphere, food, fashion and fun.

- Brand new homestay with more facilities than you could have hoped (lobby, rooftop with a nice view, washing machine, coffee tea...) - very clean & comfy (1 toilet & 1 shower for 2 rooms) - so welcoming & devoted hosts giving any needed information or help ... Only 30 BHT for a fresh coconut (juice and meat were so delicious)
