Nice big clean rooms. Everything was in good condition and worked well. Breakfast selection was moderate but decent. Staff were all lovely. Location is ok...a little walk from the action but it was fine for me.

I hate to write anything negative but the pool itself was a bit of a disappointment. The area itself was nice enough but the pool looked very dirty and cloudy.

We booked two rooms, which resulted to be interconnected (2 doors which could be opened from both sides). The enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast was very good, with different options.

Some details need a bit of maintenance.

Great central location, comfortable bed, freshly made and tasty breakfast, and lovely staff who helped us arrange a scooter rental.

The property is more outdated than it appears in the photos, and there was visible mold in the bathroom.

We were here for our honeymoon and they surprised us with an upgrade of the room. The breakfast was great, also the location, just outside the city centre was excellent.

The bed was so comfortable, I had the best nights sleep. The pool was nice and pleasant to sit round with a book. Breakfast was good with fried eggs cooked fresh. A lovely 10 minutes walk into the centre

The entrance decor was slightly dated

We left early to catch the slow boat to Laos and they made us up a breakfast bag to take at 5am, staff seemed friendly from the few encounters we had with them

Pool was dirty, hotel very dated. The curtains were see through in the room.

The room was a good size and comfortable for us. Although we didn't use the pool it was very pretty and quiet all the time. Location was nice with lots of cafes in the area. Staff were friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was good with great coffee.

There are a lot of bugs and lizards in the corridors to be wary of.

This family run hotel was a good stay for a few days in Chiang Rai. The people who run the hotel are so lovely, accommodating & super friendly. They were willing to help us with anything that we needed. The pool is a nice touch in such a hot city. Location wise, we found it was a 10 min walk from the closest 7/11 and about 15/20 mins from the night bazaar & all the restaurants, bars, etc. The room was really spacious and clean. We would recommend :)

The pool needed a bit of a clean but other than that it was fine!

The host was very friendly, made nice simple yet tasty breakfast, always smiling and welcoming. Would stay again, truly amazing price-performance ratio. The location is also good, walking distance to night market, and the rest you need transportation anyway. Good places to eat nearby as well.

The pool was cold and pillows too large, but other than that - very nice stay.

Well I have nothing much to say on this, oh the swimming pool looks dirty and seems like the pool water has not been changed for a long time, my suggestions don't go in the pool, Rest all is good

The air conditioner was too noisy and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was too loud. Maintenance should be done regularly.

Great spot in town yet quite area, 10 mins walk to clock tower and night markets etc.

Need to keep the pool cleaned up clear. Is a cold pool- no sun
