Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ThailandThe water leaking out of the air conditioner every night, woke up on the first morning a slipped over, so that’s not good. Told staff, but not changed out of that room, however I didn’t requested it, but thinking that might of happened. So from then on I placed a towel on the floor to collect the water.
The location was great, not very far from the BTS. Was given an upgraded room.

SloveniaNoise coming from the bars late in the night. Nothing that earplugs can't solve.
I was surprised by cleanliness. Even bed linen smelled good. Location is wonderful if you crave for adult entertainment. I have no restraints to stay in this hotel again.

AustraliaNot much - if you don’t like walking past the working girls and noisy bars then it’s not the hotel for you. You had to momentarily walk past smokers out the front but it was only a minor inconvenience.Initially, the taxi couldn’t find the hotel and it was hard to turn in the street, but these are not deal breakers compared to the location and quality of the accommodation.
So close to Nana station - just walk to the end of the lane and it was on your left. Clean, comfortable and good service - and a well-functioning air conditioning system.

IndiaI booked this place in a hurry and didn’t check properly - Location is inside a narrow gully which is a “red light” area into which Taxi cannot drive - so I had to drag some heavy luggage from the main road to the hotel some 50 meters inside . Even there the handcart sellers will block your path. No peace and relaxation in the surroundings. The lane and outside surroundings is a bit “stanky” crowded with massage, Beer and BJ bars. If you plan to sleep early in order to catch an early flight then avoid - a heaven metal and rock band at the bar right below will send you thumps and vibrations up to the 4th floor, although the hotel ems well insulated, some of the muted noises does get through. Don’t bring kids here - nothing healthy about the surroundings.
Clean and minimalist, nice room not too cramped.

NetherlandsThe shower/toilet has a step to get in and I kept stubbing my toe,I put a hand towel on it,the shower it's self is slippery when soapy! and it was irritating, trying to get a steady temperature, always too hot or too cold.thats the bad bits.
Great for the sky train. The street is very adult orientated, don't bring your kids.the girls and lady boys leave you alone once they know you are only there for the hotel.its strictly non smoking, great for me.

SingaporeLocation requires you to walk through rows of open-front seedy bars, that starts operating at evening. If you are bothered by sights and sounds - this is not the place for you. Bar music will penetrate to your room late till the night, so if you retire early and is a light sleeper, do take note.
For the price, an unbelievable spacious room, including the bathroom and shower area! Amenties are basic but everything else looks pretty well kept. Walking distance to Asok BTS (5 mins) makes it easier for you to traverse to most part of Bangkok easily.

United StatesWhile overall the staff were nice, there were a couple of staff at the front counter that didn't seem particularly caring. They'll do what you ask, but seemed annoyed. Most were very friendly with a smile. Just a couple didn't seem very interested. While the location is great, being close to BTS and next to Bars (if that's your thing), there comes a price. Because the bars are so close, you'll often hear some of the music going on. This is especially noticeable over the weekends. Even on the 4th floor, I was able to hear the live band next to the hotel. So if you're trying to sleep before 3am, good luck. But on the other hand, if you're in this Hotel, you're likely going out to have some nightlife fun, so you're probably not heading to bed till late. So just something to consider. The other thing that wasn't so great about the location, is that since the path to the hotel is between several bars, and "massages", you're likely going to get solicited along the way, so you have to just keep your head down and ignore it, unless you really want to engage. There's also a Ladyboy bar right around the corner that always has someone trying to pull me in, every time I just wanted to head straight back to my hotel. Great, if that's your thing. But if not, just something to consider getting used to.
Room was in great condition, overall. The Bathroom door had side panels falling off which they tried to fix with tape, but I didn't care since it didn't affect my overall stay. Other than that, everything was clean and tidy, and housekeeping did a great job every day and always restocked the complimentary water bottles. Location was great in that it was just a couple minutes from the BTS, and nearby had some good legit massage places to unwind from the day, whether it be just a foot massage, or even a full body deep-tissue. And if you want to grab a few drinks before hitting the sack, there are several bars along the path to the hotel. A lot of basic stores, restaurants and Cannabis stores in walking distance. Terminal 21 shopping center is just about 10min walk, and there's a SuperRich in there with the better currency exchange rates. And if the Single life is your style here, then Nana plaza and Thermae Cafe are just about 6-8 minutes walk, in opposite direction. About 15min to Soi Cowboy. If you need an iron, you just have to ask the front desk, and they'll send an iron and ironing board to your room.
