Amazing breakfast every day and the communal areas were always very clean. Not a very social hostel but I was training Muay Thai every day so it was perfect for me!

Quiet location 10 minutes from the beach and center. Very good breakfasts. Daily cleaning, comfortable bed, sea view. I recommend.

Some parts are a bit old but still okay No lifts

Large room we had a nice view of the seafront, AC and smart TV in the room. 5 min walk to night markets & restaurants. The staff are friendly. Has a pub/restaurant downstairs

Showers may use a little touch and renovation, but not a big issue.

Exceptionally clean, and it's kept clean all the time. Very attentive, caring, professional and friendly people are running the place, you'll see the difference. People who are staying are respectful to others, and in-room etiquette, 2 am door slamming, loud laughing or chatting never happened during my stay which I extended. Next door is a bar&restaurant (with a terrace, you don't hear any sound in the stay area) and breakfast is served there, it's an open buffet and is no less than a paid one outside. Great location, walking distance to the beach, ferry/boat to other beaches and islands, the main street where everything happens day and night.

Initially the air conditioning unit wasn’t working well but once I mentioned it to the staff they had it fixed within minutes and it was excellent after that.

I loved having my own room at a good price as well as a delicious breakfast buffet each morning. It was in an excellent location with restaurants next door and the beach and main tourist area only a few minutes walk.

Not much to not like, but maybe the front desk could have been a little more personable. However the general staff, bar tender, waitress were very nice

We were surprised! Hard to believe that the property was a hostel. The physical space was well laid out with small restaurant and bar and comfortable seating at the entrance, and although located just off a main street, it was calm and quiet. Upstairs, there were 2 or 3 floors of private rooms, with balconies and a nice view over the city; and downstairs, several levels of "hostel" rooms that also looked over the city. The free breakfast was minimal, but adequate and there are many restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the area and all the way down to the beach area. The town is a very loud, busy and bulging with tourists. Good to get back to the calm of the iRest!

We stayed in a Deluxe room on the 3rd floor, and it was absolutely perfect! The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a stunning view of the sea and mountains. The hotel serves delicious and varied breakfasts with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent - everything you need is nearby, including a bike rental and a laundry service.

It’s a Good value for the top floor (6th), clean, good breakfast included but this is not a beachfront property like it said on the Airbnb. Talk to the owner about it and he said he hasn’t had that property for years! Other night was great stay

I liked everything. To start with, it's very well located. The place has very spacious and super comfortable common areas. The bathrooms are always clean and have plenty of capacity. The rooms are very tidy and have comfortable beds. There are lockers for bags available outside the rooms. The place offers a laundry service at a very affordable price. The breakfast is super complete; I was surprised by the variety of food and drinks. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly.

The location is not "The Best" in Ao Nang, but still is walking distance from the beach and speedboats.

Comfy beds and good common spaces. It's not a busy place and not that close to party hostels, so it was quiet during the night. Breakie was good enough and buffet style, so it was a good start for the day. Staff was helpful and friendly.
