The internet coverage and duration should be improved. Again, there is a need for fleating or fumigation of the beds to avoid certain insects from pestering the guests.

The facility is a great place to be. It is a home away from home. I enjoyed my three-week stay in the hostel. The facility, the staff, the environment, and the location are all exceptionally awesome. I recommend this facility to travellers intending to get value for his or her money.

I was really thirsty at midnight and I was hoping they could provide for some water in the kitchen or in the ground floor.

It was peaceful no extra noise from outside, washroom and rooms were clean and bed were super soft and comfortable.

The only thing I found slightly confusing was there was only signage too the apartment and not hostel, which was fine I’m just terrible with directions

Basic but very clean private room. Shared bathrooms were always really clean too. The shared kitchen was great and very useful. Would have been nice to have some hangers or shelves to put our stuff on in the room. Some nice restaurants nearby and 10 min walk from some cool areas. Good value for money as most places are so much more expensive and not as nice!

A key drawback was the lack of drinking water inside the hostel. They don’t provide it, nor do they inform guests about the machine outside where water can be purchased. Additionally, there was no handwashing liquid or soap in the bathroom, which was disappointing. I also expected the staff to have better English communication skills.

The location is excellent, situated between two MRT stations for easy access. The rooms are exceptionally clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive experience.

The hostel is like a hotel, which means it's not designed to create an atmosphere of bonding, get togethers' and talking. The spaces are just not convenient for it. The worst offender is that the kitchen closes at 22:00. This is dreadful for late night people. No midnight snack, no coming back late for a late dinner. Cannot access your food in the fridge if you want your fruits. I understand why it's done - to keep the cleanliness under full control, but, gosh... It ain't worth it. I also did not find space that I could do yoga or some exercise, it could be there, but it was not apparent. Kitchen. The fridge is too small for this size of property, and most of the fridge is freezer space. I felt like I had to fight for every inch in the fridge. There is no water filtration system, which means there are water bottles all over the room, kitchens & bathrooms. Do yourselves a favor and get a water filter, better for the environment, and your trash issues will decrease. I would like to see a cleaning rag in the kitchen to wipe surfaces with. The pots and pans were not chosen well for an electric stove. They should be thicker bottomed ones. Now there is an issue with warped pans/pots that do not heat up well or evenly, which leads to burnt food. Would have loved to see salt or pepper provided by the hostel. As many mentioned, wi-fi system keeps connecting and disconnecting throughout the day, and you need to re-enter user/pass every time. Not sure why the sophistication, just change password bi-weekly if it matters. The dorm rooms are small, and there is no window. The responsibility is then put on that person who will turn the lights in the room first, should it be 10 am, 11 am, 12? What if people are still sleeping... The curtains only extend on one side of the bed, so you are fairly exposed to light, and people, depending on the angle of your bed. The card system is a bit of a pain, entering and leaving the room makes it super loud.

The place is ran as a hotel, the lobby, the reception, the bathrooms, the kitchen, the beds, quality of linens, mattress choice, the blankets, everything is top notch in that regard. The mattresses are soft (don't underestimate the value of this in Asia), the blankets are thick, lengthy and high quality. Facilities are extremely clean & kept clean throughout the day. The trash is emptied regularly, lots of room in the cabinets for belongings (need own lock) & some room under the bed. There is some room next to the bed for a bigger 25kg suitcase, but definitely nowhere to lock it. There are lights that are fairly soft that light up under the beds, they don't disturb people sleeping, and got for nightly navigation. The washer + drying space is super convenient, and cheap! There is a store right outside the hotel that will sell you detergent too. There building is also long enough so that there is not much walking up the stairs, which is pretty good for Bangkok.

Room is way too small. Can barely turn around on your own in that room. Luckily the rooms wasn’t fully booked. Don’t wanna imagine six people staying in that room.

Hard to walk up 3 floors sometimes after a day of exploring, was struggling with the water dispenser outside, I would suggest to get one inside and free of charge (was cheap 1 bath for 1 liter but you needed coins and not many travelers have cash)

The rooms are super crammed, the room door is loud, there is a curtain on the side but in the middle there is no partition and you can see right at neighbour. Space doesnt feel welcoming.
