Jimmy and Na are the most welcoming, helpful and wonderful people you can ever hope to meet. I never stay anywhere else

Everything was simply perfect!

Very well located, really friendly welcome with lots of good advice for visiting the city. The accommodation is very clean and corresponds perfectly to the description. If you have the backpacker spirit, I recommend it.

Please note, air conditioning is extra and a bit expensive.

Great location and amazing value. Staying with Jimmy and Jeng was like staying with family. They made us feel so welcome and we’re so helpful with any excursions or activities we wanted to book. They shared so many recommendations with us and were able to get us discounts on excursion packages. They have hearts of gold.

Jimmy and Jeng's homestay is something special! the facilities and rooms are simple, but the hosts are the friendliest and warmest people you'll meet. It feels like staying with an aunty & uncle, they make you feel at home and instantly welcomed. Jimmy offers breakfast, coffee and drinks for very reasonable prices and also will provide you with all the useful information and tips to help you have the best time in Chiang Mai. They can also help you book tours and give you great deals - we didn't manage to book any tours through him as we only stayed 2 days but definitely would if we return next time and will be recommending J&J to all our friends!

If you're happy with basic facilities for the low price, you'll have a wonderful stay 😊 only small improvement could be better towels as the ones provided are not absorbant. but other than that everything was great!

A lovely basic, very clean Homestay located in a quiet area with only scooters and bikes going past. Situated only an easy 10 min stroll from the old city and also close to the night market. Jimmy and Jeng were excellent hosts and Jimmy was a font of knowledge of things to do during your stay. We loved the relaxed vibe and a feeling of living amongst the local community. If you are looking for great basic accommodation, this is the place!

The property is cozy, full of plants and in a beautiful little green pocket in the city.

The hosts are amazing, one of the sweetest people I have met, they speak good English and are very helpful. The location is great, walking distance to nearby attractions but in a quiet calm neighbourhood. The food served at the place is very tasty and refreshing

It was not an issue for me but I imagine it would bother many people. Some insects in the room, some ants, etc. not too many, but they were there. no bed bugs, the room was clean! Just overall maybe they could use some poison in the corners to keep those away.

Jimmy and Na were amazing, very welcoming and super helpful. The rooms and facilities were clean, and it was very good value for money. There were plenty of breakfast options and the food and coffee was delicious.

Jimmy and his wife Naa (not sure on spelling) were so helpful and welcoming. We loved staying here and would recommend to anyone coming to Chiang Mai for the first time. Only negative was my partner found the bed a little too hard, but that is personal preference!

Amazing owners who were so generous and lovely. Great location near a little river area with shops, easy to walk everywhere. The room was very spacious and the shower stayed hot which was hard to find elsewhere! Amazing value for money

Jimmy and Jeng’s place has been the highlight of our trip so far, we were sad to leave. Jimmy and Na were brilliant hosts, they very welcoming, gave great recommendations and Jimmy makes great coffee. We’d return if we were visiting Chiang Mai again.

Amazing hosts, they want you to feel right at home and are the nicest people and very proud to share their amazing city with you. Excellent central location aswell. Very clean and very good value for money. Amazing breakfast too

Both of them are very friendly. Jimmy can suggest you many things to visit around. Moreover the position is perfect, and the district is super quite and cool as well.
