Bathroom very old and needed a deep clean , very smelly in hot weather.

Staff very helpful , sink repaired immediately when reported . Staff areas are very up to date, bed and TV new.

But a little too close to a noisy street and a lot of dogs barking at night

I liked the Villas.. very nice staff, good restaurant at Rays hotel, right next to the resort

Having the Roy hotel next door to use the breakfast pool and gym were a bonus however when I booked I thought I was booking a more modern room like in the Roy ... so the room was a bit dated that showed with things like inconsistent hot water. In general however it was fine... just not quite what expected.

A few little insects in the bathroom... but really nothing more that I would expect for the location and price

Location is good which is almost the center of downtown. Good Breakfast. Swimming pool is good.

Bed was very hard

Breakfast was delicious especially the grapes and other fruit. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was 10-15 minutes to the stadium where we spent three days Would highly recommend

There was a dead cockroach on the floor and the toilet didn’t work properly.

The small villas were cute.

Only food choice was a buffet dinner. The food was good but expensive Not good soundproofing of the rooms.

Very clean and good location to Chang International Circuit. Good undercover car parking in front of room.

For moto gp, it is well placed. 15 mins max to circuit.

Need a taxi/car to get in to Buriram. Relatively, I found it a little pricey.

Breakfast was at the adjoining hotel it was cold every morning, did bring it to there attention but made no difference. The day we arrived had there buffet 177,000 baht. It was terrible. Our room was clean but over charged normally $25 a night. We paid 800 aud for 5 nights. Never again at least the air con was cold.

The TV and Satellite system wasn't working, the technician looked at it and tried to fix it, I couldn't even get my notebook working via the HDMI Port, or my portable DVD Player via the YSB Port, he tried for an hour to get them working, but couldn't. They didn't even bring a replacement TV for the room. In between running around, I sometimes like to watch a movie or TV series I get from the market. But couldn't even manage that. The internet was very average. I did have a booking for Christmas, but cancelled that and booked at a hotel I have stayed at before, where everything works. The room was dysfunctional, no table for my coffee machine, and where they put the kettle, no power points ffs. Had to use the bedside table, and where tge power points were, no table, I did ask for one, but they didn't bring one.

Good location to where I needed to go.

Lovely staff from the minute we got there, especially Miss Benz at reception..very helpful…stayed for the Classic Car show at the Chang racetrack so was very convenient..will definitely be back in Buriram

Breakfast. Buffet style..hate that although standard for most hotels in Thailand. Fresh cooked eggs available so that's was ok. Second day even though breakfast paid for went elsewhere Coffee machine not working but was fixed. Pool nice but prices very high Small coke double the price of any where else. Not sure about other drinks. A bit out of the way but easy to get taxi .

There was a gap around the door making the aircon less affective, which was really needed, but the room couldn’t get cool…. And the shower was very very warm So in all it was a very uncomfortable stay hence why I left after a couple of days even tho I’d paid upfront for a weeks stay

The shower pressure was uneven and a little low.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great tv and desk to work on overlooking a small lake. Close to everything you need or want plus there's facilities you can use from Rays Hotel next door. The bathroom was huge and well appointed. The best value for money you can imagine!
