The room was ample enough, brandnew and fully equipped. A small but cozy balcony completed the comfort. My room was part of a new area of bungalows under construction. The atmosphere was very much family-like, and all this seems to be a family owned business. For the time being there's no breakfast yet, but the premises are getting built, and there are restaurants and other shops about a 5 min walk away.

There were construction works going on during my stay, but the noise was not really annoying and of course inevitable to complete the works. Not really an issue, especially since you're usually out and about during the day.

Modern interior. Lovely view of the rice paddies. Very comfortable bed. The host was so nice. I would stay again.

Location is away from the town centre so it’s quiet You need transportation bike/taxi etc if you want to be in out of town

Jan the host is incredible. I was welcomed with a hug and left feeling like I have a new little sister. I stayed in a new bungalow at the rear of the property and loved it, quiet and peaceful with a hammock facing a field of cows off the back of the building and a table out front if I wanted to be social, or I could go up to the dining area, pool or billiards room as well. Located near the airport and just far enough away from the walking street that there is peace but close enough that a walk or scooter into town is easy. There is a Monday market a few blocks away, a 7-11 up the road a short walk, Dad can do laundry for a good price and Mom cooks a great pad Thai available to order.

Leaving it, I stayed longer than first planned and was sad to go when I left.

The distance from town was a difficult walk since there were no sidewalks or a way to stay off the road. The owners hosted a bonfire right near our little house, and the party noise and smoke went into the early morning.

Very comfy bed and pillows. I like the balcony with hammock and pretty views to the mountains. Jan, the owner, is so sweet. I was there twice and I hope I can come back.

This place is en exceptional place! The owner is amazing and super lovely. The place is very quiet and clean, and the location is perfect, 4 mins by scooter from the main road of Pai. We got the new rooms and it was perfect, it was super clean, they changed towels everyday! also there's a nice balcony on the back with a hammock :) We've got great time there, thank you!

Maybe the pool isn't that great, but that's not something we were up to so it didn't bother us at all.

Everything - new, clean, and cozy room with a spectacular view. It's an amazing place. The owner lady is so nice and welcoming. I'll definitely come back again.

We were backpacking through Thailand and have never had accommodation as comfortable as this! It feels like home as it is very familiar :))
