I would put 12 overall if it was possible technically. New, clean, nice designed, simply pleasure to be here. Rooftop with amazing view, mini gym on every flore, full time cheef with reach menu, and lot of other nice little details i cant remeber now. I saw many good hostels, but attitude of staff here - just other level. Realy amazing

One shower between 12 people wasn’t ideal

It was an absolute great and vibrant atmosphere, the nights out were so much fun. All the reps were fantastic, Alex was a great host, I really enjoyed my stay.

There is no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby area. The floors, bedding, and bathroom could be cleaner. The location is in a quieter area and not really walkable to the beach, but they do have free shuttles every couple hours.

The receptionist and stuff were some of the nicest and accommodating I’ve come across in Thailand. They upgraded us to a better room and gave us the bunks we wanted. The tours and event nights were super fun and social! We did the Islands tour and kayaking one. Rob was the tour guide for the kayaking and he was awesome. I would recommend it 100 times and plan to come back!

Had really good social side and all the staff were great. We did a snorkelling tour with Daisy and Matt which was the highlight of the trip. Then the pub crawl with Becky and Millie was great too. Highly recommend! ☺️

- it might be a bit far from the beach (20’ walking distance) but they do organise daily transfer to go the beach!

I liked that it very social without being where the parties take place (at the central k-bunk). So they provide free scheduled taxi to get to the parties at the centra k-bunk, then you can return to a quite and clean hostel. Nice activities as well

Should be more toilet paper in the bathroom. We were empty in the evening/night.

I liked that the hostel was a bit outside the noise. It’s still pretty central and they host pub crawls etc. You can easily grab a tuktuk og grab to the beach. I only stayed for one night. It’s not WiFi in the bedrooms, but that’s fine cause then there is a lot of people sitting in the common area which makes it social.

The beds were a bit firm but that’s just to be picky

I had an amazing stay at K-Bunk Hostel! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and full of energy. The hostel is perfect for solo travelers or groups looking for a social yet comfortable place to stay in Ao Nang. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy with privacy curtains, and the air conditioning is a lifesaver in the Thai heat. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible staff, especially Jess, who went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt included and had the best experience. Whether it was recommending local spots, organizing fun activities, or just being a friendly face around the hostel, she truly made a difference. The social events, from pub crawls to island tours, were fantastic and a great way to meet people. The common areas are perfect for chilling or making new friends, and the bar serves up some great drinks at reasonable prices. If you’re looking for a fun, social, and well-run hostel in Ao Nang, K-Bunk is the place to be. Huge thanks to Jess and the team for making my stay unforgettable! I’ll definitely be back.

The beds were comfortable, nice showers, clean facilities and a really nice atmosphere! The staff were also so lovely and so friendly and really go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay! Also the hostel is social so it’s easy to make friends with people :) Would definitely reccomend for a fantastic stay!

Spacious rooms, terrace to hang out, free filtered water. You can order trips/taxis/ferry tickets etc. by them. They provide free beach shuttles more times per day.
