Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandThe food was different from our last stay. At 8 am there was very little left and some products like fish were from the day before. The salad stand and pastry was nice and fresh.
It was super clean and room service was great. Towels smelled fresh and the room was clean and tidy. I also liked the poll area. The pool itself is great and from 1 to 3,5 m . The Jacuzzi although has some signs of age, but is very clean and all works nice.

United StatesThere was some electrical work going on outside of our window that kept us up a little late, but eventually the generator shut down. One thing that happened was the lights came on automatically without us turning them on. I had to get up out of bed and turn them off, but then we were able to go back to sleep.
Excellent and professional staff. Breakfast was quite good. Everything was really clean and neat in the room.
