Beachfront property with amazing facilities and fabulous food. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive. We will definitely be back. Tae at the rooftop pool was great as was vet in the main restaurant. Thank you for an amazing stay.

A la carte food at the restaurant was pretty average . If you can give the option of draft beers and good food , you guys would be perfect . Breakfast was pretty good though.

The staff were great . I booked a room with pool access not realizing it was on the other side of the road . Asked staff to move to the beach front. Was resolved with getting 4 out of 5 nights at the beachfront with extra cost but I was happy with that . The pool staff were amazing . Lost my list of names but all of them deserve the compliment .

My son was very disappointed that the slide was completely out of order. The 1000 baht per night deposit. That’s a bit over the top. We had two rooms for 14 nights 28000 baht deposit (nearly £650).

We were very disappointed that the main pool was out of use AND NOBODY THOUGHT TO ADVISE BEFORE WE ARRIVED as it was well documented times of work when we arrived also big slide was not available due a to a supposed fault no one was attending or appeared to be fixing

The guest lounge we were asked to wait in while our room was being prepared was not welcoming and needs modernising. Our visit was out of high season and there was building work happening, Half of the resort was out of action / closed off- this might be why the slide and bubble seats was not working.

The room was modern and stylish. The staff throughout the resort and singers were great. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff decorated our room beautifully. Food was very good, we ate there every night. We loved the rooftop pool. The gym was good with a fantastic view of the beach and sea. The included breakfast buffet was particularly amazing. We liked the beach bag in the room and the welcome gift was a lovely touch.

The noise from the next room is very clear so the walls need better sound protection. Air conditioning is very noisy.

Nice big room and bed, staff extremely friendly and helpful. The food and restaurant are excellent and the breakfast is the best I have seen in Thailand. The beach looks nice in front of the hotel, but it was too rough to swim during our stay. Plenty of restaurants and shops a short walk from the hotel and easy to get taxis.

I experienced one of the most beautiful holidays of my life. First of all, the staff were friendly and welcoming—their warm and professional attitude made the experience even better. They were always ready to help you have a great vacation. The hotel rooms and pools were clean. We checked in quickly and settled into our oceanfront room. The room was spacious and amazing. Sitting and relaxing on our private terrace was incredible. Having our own sun loungers and a beach right in front of us made it feel like a private experience. Since it was the low season, it wasn’t crowded at all, and we felt like we were having a peaceful, quiet holiday on our very own ocean and beach. We rarely went to the large pool because it was noisy with kids, so we spent most of our time at the smaller pool next to us or on our private beach. Eventually, we stopped going to the large pool altogether—there was simply no need. :) We were lucky with the weather—it only rained on the last day, and the rest of the days were mostly sunny. Even when the sky was overcast, it didn’t stop us from swimming in the sea or relaxing on the beach. The food at the restaurant was incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. We never even felt the need to go outside. The papaya salad was an absolute highlight :) Breakfasts were legendary—it’s impossible to return without gaining weight :D We will definitely come again, and during the same low season. And we’ll stay in the oceanfront rooms again.

That pool is beautiful. Very well designed, overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Staff is very helpful, kind, works hard and creates a great experience. Value for money is excellent here. Also there is a 7-11 next door should you need any extra stuff.

I wouldn’t consider this 5 star resort. For example, the Deluxe rooms were damp and all our clothes felt wet throughout the stay. We got home and our suitcase stank. I don’t know if it was the aircon but never had this before and we live in thailand. Yes rainy season but the floor was wet too. We were ground level. Shower curtains… no shampoo conditioner, just an all in one. Body wash smelt like mosquito repellent. pool towels weren’t available at pool, only provided in room. So once wet, they didn’t dry. Had to wait till next day. Gym was small and mostly cardio machines. The unsupervised Kids ‘club’ was merely a playroom for babies that even my 1yo was bored after 1hr, so my 4&6 yo didn’t use it. Hardly any toys. Our room keys kept stopping. Had to return to reception 7 times to get them replaced. Verrrrry annoying. These things are easy to fix so it has potential to be a great resort. Just not the quality I expected for price and 5 star ranking. One entire block (ocean front deluxe) was under renovation. We booked interconnected rooms and they weren’t available, we just got rooms next to each other. The only option was to move to the other part of the resort which is seperated by the main road. No practical with children.

Location was unbeatable. Right on the beach and the best beach on the island. Breakfast was great. Pool was great. Staff wonderful. Right next door to an array of great restaurants. Will return in dry season to compare as water was not clear as expected…

We got a Hillside room which means we had to cross a busy road every time we went back and forth to the hotel which is on the beach side. No facilities or staff for the hillside rooms - feels more like staying in an apartment, rather than part of the hotel. View from balcony was awful

Good location on White Sand Beach - lots of convenience nearby such as 7 11, cafes, shops, restaurants etc. Large rooms and very comfortable Breakfast buffet much better than expected lots of choices and even the coffee was OK (Bon Cafe I believe) Gym was good with super views over the pool and beach and even cold towels in the fridge - nice touch Beach perfect for a morning run or afternoon stroll

The driver who returned us from KC Grande to Bangkok...

The massages and the pool bar and the staff... especially at the pool bar... Jia, Tom, Boy and Ken... awesome service..very friendly and helpful. Great snorkelling island day trip as well.
