The room was clean. The hotel has nice amenities like Sauna, gym, pool, resto/bar. The staff and the owner were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel more comfortable. The location was perfect- close to key attractions but still quiet at night. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The staff were disappointing. There was a lack or urgency and an over indulgence with mobile phones making us sometimes feel we were a distraction. The owner was present on our previous visit and needless to say then the staff were on the ball.

Avoid booking this hotel through Booking.com. I was double charged and have spent six days trying to get a refund. Although Booking.com admitted they could see that I had been double charged they would not issue a refund unless I provided them with information they already had. After providing them with a PDF of my bank statement to prove the double transaction they requested more information that they are already in possession of. The refund process is clearly designed to be as difficult as possible for the consumer. I have come to the conclusion that I'm not going to receive a refund due to the ridiculous nature of their process.This is in no way the fault of the hotel but I would suggest using Agoda or another provider.

The facilities were excellent and clean. The owner was very welcoming.

Check-in receptionist was slovenly dressed, badly groomed, and gave the impression we were interrupting her office work which she was doing, sitting on the dirty floor in the lobby. No english speaker present. Room was quite spacious, but had not been cleaned. Previous guest cut toenails still on the floor! Breakfast was disgusting, the table holding the food and crockery was dirty, fried eggs and whole breakfast plate was pre prepared and served direct from the refrigerator. When asked to have freshly cooked eggs, the original ones were slightly warmed in a microwave. The coffee was instant only, with no fresh milk. The toaster wasn't working to toast the stale bread, but I was able to get it going by tracing the cord and plugging it in to a dangerous exposed power outlet under the table, along with leftover rubbish still unswept for days.... My wife cut her finger on the sharp screws sticking out tfrom the chairs on the verandah. I would be happy to address these issues with the owner direct, to verify them, he has my contact details. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL..!!

Nothing to like !!!!! What an disaster! The worst stay I've ever endured in my life. False advertising, on this booking site. The pictures published of the /location/view are totally deceptive. They show a misty view from the room. In fact, the view is not of mountains, it is of the back of the neighbouring hotel and it's rubbish pile.

That there was no breakfast when told there was on booking. (we went to computer hotel to eat) We stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned, where normally for a hotel like this it would be, with water and coffee replaced. (The cleanliness of the room was not the best for this type of "Boutique" hotel - shower scum, glass dirty - sink etc etc... again not too bad but not best!)

Overall ok, nothing major to tell it met basic needs. (Friendly arrival) - Thought hotel was higher in mountain with views from the pictures shown on booking, but was just down off main road. No issue but was expecting more serene type/scenic stay.

While the owner is a bit calculative, asking for a water hose to clean bird droppings was met with reluctance, even though it was readily available at the front of the hotel. Despite spacious bedrooms, the overall design, shaped like a triangle, limits space for a living area. Taller individuals might find movement challenging, particularly on the top floor. On the second night, the TV had no connection, but due to the lack of reception staff, I opted not to complain.

Locating the hotel was a breeze even late at night. The cleanliness is commendable, and the overall appearance exudes a new and modern feel. I'm a fan of the exterior design—it's quite appealing. Additionally, the provision of tables outside the hotel adds a nice touch, allowing guests to enjoy nice cooling weather.

The resort was excellent value for money. The resort was clean, easy to park, bright, modern with an indoor pool, sauna and a well equipped gym. In the evening we enjoyed a wonderful meal in the restaurant with cocktails. The owner took the trouble to introduce himself and clearly wanted to ensure all the guests had a lovely time. We couldn't find fault with any aspect our stay and will definitely return. Outstanding value for money.
