We loved everything but maybe a few suggestions: - Maybe a wiper in the bathroom, the floor was pretty wet after showering. - A small tub of water at the entrance would be nice to rinse off the sand of feet after a beach trip - More frequent shuttle service to the centre of Koh Tao

Loved every second of our stay. - Very lovely staff - Super clean upon arrival, perfect daily house keeping - Superb pool with spectacular view - Breakfast excellent - Great location on top of a hill, walk uphill was a good exercise. Good restaurants within 10 min walking, and Shark Bay (excellent snorkelling site) is also a 10 min walk. This was by far our favourite hotel during our Thailand trip, would not hesitate to book again!

The hotel is in desperate neeed of an upgrade. You can see that its glory days are long gone.

Ants but the staff got rid of them appropriately, and it’s expected all across the island pretty much!

Beautiful resort , the staff are lovely and really looked after us kept the room clean everyday and was there to help us with laundry, taxi services etc! Nice rooms, spacious!

The breakfast could have included more variety of fruit choices. Being situated on top of a hill, you do need to use transport but the hotel provides a shuttle bus. You just need to let reception know each time you need it.

I have been returning to this hotel for many years and I am always very satisfied. Amazing view from the pool. Beautiful surroundings. Extra large and very well equipped rooms.Unfortunately, the lower part of the hotel, which was located directly on the beach, is closed, but still this hotel offers everything I need.I will be happy to return to it, in future. I have visited the Koh Tao Island many times and in my opinion It is the best choice. What is great is that the hotel offers free unlimited transportation from the hotel to the beach and back all day and to the port and Sairee Beach several times a day.

Staff, views from the hotel and poolside, food and facilities were all amazing! Loved the pool and the surrounding sight seeing. The staff really went above and beyond and we are so grateful. The hotel is a little dated as others have said but it wasn't a negative for us, we loved the look of the place - the hill to the hotel from the local town is no joke but there are courtesy buses to and from town so don't need to hike up and down all the time :) would come back again!

Hotels just a bit dated could do with some improvements

The room with the jacuzzi bath was really spacious and had an amazing view. The pool was great and the restaurant had a good selection. Breakfast was good. It had transfer available which was great as it is quite secluded.

Extraordinary staffs! We had some little issues with payment and package. The manager and receptionists were very kind and willing to help. They were always smiling and welcoming us. We highly appreciate their hospitality.

Balcony was too warm but the manager was informed to put fans and was very receptive.

Location was awesome, sunsets and sunrises from the restaurant. Room was spacious. Thai food was very good! Balcony view!! The free shuttle to Chalok beach and town and to and from Pier.

Could hear people talking in the next room probably because we had an interconnecting door. Bathroom flooded when we had a shower. The free hotel shuttle bus was great but you need to tell them every time you wish to use it.

The beds are quite firm. I personally prefer a softer bed.

The location is wonderful. Steep hill to get up but you can what’s app for the shuttle if your going local. Or a small fee for further. Staff there are wonderful. Helpful and polite. Room was very spacious with the most spectacular views. The only slight negative was the beds are quite firm.
