nothing really, resort is perhaps a bit dated, could use a paint job, but for the price, definitely worth it I didnt mind the stairs, but if you are older, travellng with small kids etc. might be worth considering. Am also not a fan of monkeys, but having said rhat, if you don't bother them, they don't bother you.

1. location is great, easy walking distance to other beaches, shops etc. 2. beachfront of resort is great for swimming, sandy bottom and shallow close to the beach. 3. staff are friendly and helpful 4. loved the clifftop swimming pool 5. rooms clean and comfortable. I stayed in the budget side, easy walk across the road, quiet, large room. 6. breakfast buffet was good and varied

Room were a bit dated and needed a refresh. The wooden floorboards of the balcony were a bit perished/damaged and I’d be careful if travelling with children. Lots of mosquitoes in the grounds and the pathways weren’t well lit at night.

Large rooms. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in shower. Resort is on the beach except cheaper rooms which are across the road. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are big and the bed was very comfortable.

It is quite dated and mostly structured by wood. Seems no renovation since initially built. Not really a dislike just a point as you can see wood falling apart

The room needs a big update. We were in the deluxe room ocean view, there is plenty of stairs to go to the breakfast area or to the beach. We have a small child in the stroller, so it was particularly comfortable. The pillows on the beach chairs were very worn out and moldy.

Nice location with direct access to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars.

Noisy street nearby

Location was perfect, but next to the night street so can be very noisy of the night bars with loud music. Rooms are pretty, wooden floors, inlay with stones, nice shower and bathroom and with a nice big bed.

It's a little run down but nothing major. As with lots of places COVID probably hit it hard and it's been a struggle to get it back up. The bar/restaurant on the beach is probably the worst part as it could be lovely but it's just a table with drinks on next to a rock.

Loved our stay here! The views from the infinity pool at the top are amazing and it was always super quiet up there. The main pool and our private pool were spotlessly clean, the towels + sheets were clean and seemed new. The beachfront is private and beautiful with a couple of quiet bars down the beach for a sunset beer. The room was huge, the bed was super comfortable, the shower was lovely and the staff made up the room every day with such care. It's right across from the busy and loud walking street (which is mainly just late night bars) but we couldn't hear any music from the room even on the weekend.

The property was a bit rundown, but clean. The pool wasn't in great condition and had wires in it that freaked me out.

I loved the location and that the resort had a private beach. The staff were amazing. The rooms were basic but the beds were so comfortable!

Nothing, Liked it all! . Small note for others who may book here.. Book the room with a pool!! As the main pools for the hotel is not operational.

Room with a Pool: Definitely recommend this room 803! great little pool, very Private!. Super room, clean and well equipped! enjoyed the stay here very much. If i were to make suggestions: add a desk for working if needed, plus perhaps a dining / bistro table on the patio by the private pool. Breakfast: Nice Ambiance, Could really have more options for vegetarians, They add pork and egg to a lot of dishes that would be super without even for meat eaters! overall it is very tasty and clean and they have a cook to make you eggs any way you wish! great view as you eat breakfast over the sea! Beach: Nice and quaint, Private feel , No sellers and not busy, shade if you want over all super close to the room.

The hotel is not in very good shape. What is really sad. How much money and time takes to refresh this nice place, clean everything properly inside and outside. Paint all inside and outside, these are quite cheap changes which can increase the quality of this place.

Location , beach , really nice place. Room with a private swimming pool is actually why I gave quite a high score.

The hotel used to be a combined facility with the other hotel next door. They had a nice pool and a great bar by the beach, which is no longer available to the guests. They didn't clarify this on the reservation and the pictures included facilities that were not available to us. This made it feel deceiving and left a bad impression. Budget rooms need better lighting, they are VERY dark.

There is no beach service. It would seem from KCCB resort website that the neighbouring resort was once part of KCCB however it is not. This neighbouring resort is where we got beach service
