At the apartments (room 214): lavatory tap leaking into the floor, water pump activating and noisy every few minutes day and night

Everything feels a bit old and broken, at the beach notably. Could use some strict maintenance. Personnel is ok, but not very efficient helping in case you need anything. Overall expensive for what it is.

great location, the best part of Sairee Beach, nice swimming pools (our bungalows where really facing the pool and very close to the beach), walking to the centrla part of Tao/Sairee (restaurants, bars, 7-eleven) is 10 minutes max). Overall I am not disappointed. The dive shop right there, sharing the resort's name is excellent, but weirdly unrelated to the hotel)

Amazing location at the best end of Sairee beach. Only 5 min stroll to centre but away from the noisy bars and lovely swimming on doorstep. Super pool which teenagers loved. We wanted a bungalow but stayed in the apartment rooms due to availability and was pleasantly surprised. They were neat and tidy with good aircon and super value for money allowing the teens to have a room each. So easy to stroll to lots of places to eat. Motorbike rental on site. Easy and super relaxing stay.

As somewhat expected, it is not as nice as the photos online. It did it’s job of a place to stay but: - beds were quite hard and also 2 mattresses pushed together which wasn’t super comfortable. The bathroom/closet aren’t pictured for the one style of bungalow and those are not very nice (it’s like a dingy basement) and they also have only netting to the outside so they are very hot at all times.

The location was fantastic, right on the beach but tucked away enough to be away from the noise and people when you don’t want to be. (The beach is also the best and easiest way to get to restaurants and shops). The staff was also very nice. The aircon worked really nicely, so that was great.

Not a lot to fault, it is about a 10min walk to the main hub along the beach if your looking more bars, but is away from the noise which is good.

We stayed in one of the deluxe bungalow’s on the beachfront, i think there is only 2-3 on the beach the rest are around the pool or dotted around the site, there seems to be normal rooms as well but wouldn’t rate the building. The bungalow was good though, a bit dated but it done the job and it had good aircon and a big bed, shower wasn’t great but done the job. Porch was class looking out right to the beach. Restaurant for breakfast right beside it as well as the pool so very handy. Dive school with same name as hotel is fantastic and the best instructors so defo recommend, room was also right beside the school so very handy. Hotel does laundry too.

Mixed feelings, the room was not too bad, but outdated, most of the bungalows would benefit from enforcing the roof or just fresh paint. The room was cozy for the value, there was all the essentials, even bed was quite comfortable, but the fridge really needs to be changed, it was not only old, but did not close till the end so we had almost a block of ice where was freezer area and water dripping in the fridge itself all the time. The bathroom spacious, but would be great if few hooks would be added to have where to hang the towels. We had “do not disturb” at most of the days, but housekeeping team would always leave toilet paper, water and fresh towels for us, which was nice. Swimming pool was great, and deep which was nice, but the sun-beds and especially mats really needed to be cleaned and changed. There was some wires protruding in the pool where the light should be, so I had uncomfortable feeling all the time.

The apartment room was poor. The shower needs maintenance, the bed was very hard, one of the drawers didn’t open, and the decoration was generally dirty.

The dive centre is brilliant and the restaurant was great with a wide range of Thai and western food. The location couldn’t be better, away from the busy areas, but close enough and safe enough to walk there for food or the supermarkets.

Everything needs repairing and upgrading. The room was dated, the shower was barely adequate, and most of the beach sunbeds were broken.

The beach is walkable from end to end and has everything you need with the walking street shops only one row back. We had the cabins right on the beach and they were comfortable and functional (quiet a/c, tv, big bed, etc)

Steep steps, hard for old people to access property

We had a fabulous bungalow, but unfortunately the bathroom was down steep steps with nothing to hold onto! So we sadly had to swop our room for a very mediocre room,but bathroom on same level!! Highly recommend the bungalows, their ordinary rooms, not so much!!

It was a little outdated in some areas and some facilities could have been updated but other than that no issues!

It was a beautiful property, the restaurant was decent. The beach was lovely and had a great view. The pool was good too. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! They have a few dogs and cats around the hotel, which were all very friendly - great for animal lovers like me!

Showering is a challenge (water pressure).

Its on the beach, there is a Pool and quite a good restaurant. Rooms are okay, there is sea view if you're lucky. Staff is nice.

The shower sprays water all over the whole bathroom. The room could have been cleaner - the sheets also had light stains on them.

The pool was great and the staff were friendly. The rooms are basic but all you need if you’re out for most of the day.
