Shower pressure was not good not amazingly clean bathroom and wifi very bad.

Nice rooms, hammock was a good touch, very well located, near clubs but not too close, very near beach.

If you prefer a quiet and comfortable sleep -make sure to book the room in main building close to the street, if you party animal and don’t mind loud music at night 🥳- take a bungalow close to the beach.

Super friendly and helpful staff, especially “one man army” at the reception, arranging anything you need with a smile😊. Hotel location is perfect, it’s in the middle of everything.

I really struggled with the noise from the beach bars - I was three huts away and the music/bass/people were quite disruptive from 3pm til 1am, it was hard to relax. The aircon in the huts is not very effective either so it was hard to keep cool.

It's a lovely setting, close to the beach, the huts have a good patio area to chill outside on. The rooms were clean and the beds were fine.

Electric sockets sparked when we plugged items in. Air conditioning in 203 was not really working. No top sheet…just a small fleece. Bit random.

Music at the bar at the beach is loud until about midnight and people walk through to get home talking loudly. We were out most nights so didn’t bother us too much

Perfect location for a stay in Ko Tao! Right on the beach in the bungalows, lots of restaurants and bars within walkable distance. Staff at reception are so lovely and helpful, would stay again!

Bungalow was quite dark and dingy. The cleaning standard was okay but not amazing. Room full of mosquitoes so was bitten quite a lot when sleeping. The hotel is right by beach clubs and bars, there will be booming music till 1/2 am each day so be prepared for that- wasn’t a problem for us as we were out too.

Excellent location if you’re looking to go out in the evenings and be right by the beach. Staff very friendly and organised a free transfer for us to go back to the pier to catch our ferry. Beds were comfortable.

There is a bar next to it which plays really loud music until late at night (about 2 am). This made it hard to sleep earlier.

the property claims it has a pool, and it does. but you can’t use it because the scuba dive people are always using it, so it shouldn’t be advertised on the hotel website

Well, depending on what you look for…close to the bars and discos so it’s very loud. Good for kids looking for some fun. Good riddance I had my noise cancelling headphones 😅

Down stairs rooms smell of possible mold issues . Had to check several rooms and picked the one with the least smell. Late night noise from night life audible .

You can not use the wifi in the bungalows, and after 6PM even sim cards start slowing down when there is more people on the beach. Fizz beachclub and their awful music is right next to you until 1.30AM. In a week you get used to it

Whilst the room was lovely and the shower was good, the room felt a bit damp. The ventilation in the room combined with the design of the en-suite meant that you had to leave windows open when showering and ideally leave them open in the day to remove some of the smell (very subtle and not overwhelming but definitely noticeable). This did make it difficult showering at night as we didn’t want the lights to attract bugs through the window. However, this is an issue with the room’s design and isn’t the fault of the lovely staff.

The property was in a great location right near the busy area of sairee beach but without most of the noise. Located in front of one of the best beach bars on sairee beach and near great restaurants. The room was very clean when we arrived and the bed was comfortable. The social space on the second floor was also very chilled.

Expensive for facilities provided but not sure if this is because it was after the New Year and the island was extremely busy at this time. Room was not sound proofed at all which made it difficult to sleep with night life, there was an open space in the bathroom to outside which made this even louder. A lot of ants in the room.

Good location right in centre, a lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Nice beach close by with amazing sunsets.

Hammock was basically roughing the deck when laying in it.

One of the balcony doors did not lock. Therefore someone could easily sneak in (luckily did not). Toilet did not flush however was easily fixed. Right on the strip so very noisy if you’re looking to relax.
