Restaurant prices seemed a little on the high side, and more vegetarian options please!

A great choice right on the beach with fantastic views - especially if you get an upper room on the front row (as we did - the beauty of visiting in the lower season!). The price is on the higher side, but the rooms are huge (50 square metres) and the location is so peaceful. The friendly doggies were cute too! The food from the restaurant tastes delicious, but the vegetarian options are very limited and, compared to other restuarants in the area, the prices are a little on the high side...but the view is amazing from the dinign area. Overall, we loved the place - the bed was comfortable, the shower was fantastic, the pool was great for cooling off in, and the vibe was very chilled.

Unfortunately, the location was very remote, nothing outside and even with the scooter you can only reach the next small village to buy a few groceries. The stuff there obviously know how the tourists who arrive here feel and offer a short tour to hot springs on the first day. Too hot for us to go in but nice to see. They are very friendly and want you to feel the best. I was a bit sad about the food offer as there were only fish dishes except for vegetable rice on request they offered us fruit for breakfast. When we were there, the sea was too wild to go in, but it might be different in other months.

You have really enough space here. Big room, big bed and all is clean.

The balcony doors were not airtight so some sand would enter the room when it was windy. Nightstands besides the bed would’ve been a great addition to place our phones while charging. The signs were easy to miss when driving and they were mostly in Thai with small english text.

Very clean room, with modern design and an excellent bathroom. Very spacious and the view of the sea is beautiful to wake up to. Room amenities were all new including a brand new sealed hair drier.

The pool was not useable. Very poor breakfast. Not even decent coffee to start the day. Very cold room design and not super comfortable. Needs more green spaces outside. Too expensive for what it gives.

The 'infinity pool' was posted in the pictures covering the features of the hotel, but on arrival a notice had been posted - NO SWIMMING. That approach pretty well summed up our stay. No 'by your leave', or, 'sorry/apology' or explanation. Just "this is how it is- take it or leave it" Given the relatively expensive tariff I felt this was really not appropriate

Peak of the off season and this place cost twice as much as anywhere else on our trip so far (Prachuap, Hua Hin, Songkhla, & Trang beaches). The room appeared singularly impressive, huge, and appearing new and scrupulously clean except for the bathroom floor which appeared in need of a good scrub rather than apparent usual swab/wipe down and let to dry. We were told of the restaurant hours (closing 8.00, last orders 7.30) and as we usually dwell long and leisurely over dinner we went elsewhere, up the beach who had no such problems. Our real problem, I guess, was the bed which in addition to being regulation SE Asia firm, was wrapped in plastic. The airconditioner defied our efforts to adjust it so we had cold face with body sweating on the plastic wrapped mattress under the sheet - singularly unpleasant. It suggested the management is far more concerned with conserving the fittings and fixtures at the establishmant than anything associated with guest comfort. Breakfast (included 8.00 - 10.00) was an extremely limited choice of smaller servings of Thai food, or a small omelet with toast. Hardly the sumptuous servings one has come to anticipate in Thailand. Generally, maybe it was us but we felt distinctly unwelcome throughout. Bottom line, as we were leaving, my wife observed, it was the type of place one comes to once but never goes back to....

A lovely small hotel right on the beachfront. The service is warm and welcoming, and the hospitality is top-notch. The room is spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you need. Just note that the soil here has some clay, so the beach and water can be a bit cloudy. However, the pool with crystal-clear water is perfect for a refreshing swim

What can I say! I very really complain but the beach was like a rubbish ground, plastic,paper, and concrete everywhere, we booked in for 4 nights and checked out after 2 nights, not the hotels fault. There is so much rubbish for them to move. The breakfast was not too bad, not much choice and cold! We would not recommend this to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

The beach was a bit of a mess due to a recent storm which had washed up a lot of plastic. While I was there the owners were making a massive effort to clean up and repair. All in all, I would definitely stay here again

If you want to see a bit of the real Thailand this is the place. The area is so peaceful. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Excellent value for money. Good food in the restaurant. Above all else, the level of service from the staff is absolutely 5 star.

Following bad weather Rubbish everywhere ,surrounding area little effort to clean around properties,pool unusable dirty .Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly .That lovely relaxing stroll along the beach impossible because of rubbish.Breakfast basic little choice,no fresh juice.

Grounds were disgusting . No one cleaning up . Pool was unable to be used due to tide . Entire beach and grounds of hotel covered in mud and garbage and no staff was doing any clean up . Shoes covered in mud and waste to get to room . Clothes had mud on them from trying to manage luggage . Needed rubber boots . Property has no walkways so you walk in debris .

This is a difficult review . The room was excellent. The strong tide has destroyed the beach and the property is covered in sand …mud …waste and garbage . Disaster .
