Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ThailandBeds were hard and not suitable for me. Decor is dated and needs maintenance or updating, bathroom fan didn't work, air-conditioning was noisy with remote only working within 2 metres of unit and too many light switches for one room.
The location was great, lots of shopping centres readily available, and a shuttle bus is provided as well. Food is available via the restaurant or room service, but we preferred to eat out instead. Lots of in-house facilities such as sauna, swimming pool and gym available. Huge bathroom with both shower and bath provided with separate shower as well.

IndiaLabelling of the Breakfast items wasn't proper. Many items had no labelling. There was no bakery items and hardly any choices for vegetarians. There should also be a separate Halal food section.

ThailandThe Onsen time is too short, only 1 hour from 5pm-6pm for females and 6-7pm for males, would be happy if provided an extra pillow without any charge (provided only 2 pillows in the room); would be better if there's a rug/carpet in the living room as the tiles were really cold. The facilities/furnitures are a bit run-down. No chef at night so limited food we can order in the restaurant at the ground floor.
Great staff service, the place is clean and quiet. The room is big. The breakfast is OK though we were expecting some sushi so much as it was stated Japanese and international cuisines will be served for breakfast.

Norway* Old built in furniture * Onsen opening time for lady was not great. It was too short hours.
Almost everything. The room was spacious. Staff was very friendly, especially, staff at breakfast. Japanese-Thai breakfast was also tasty. The location was great too in our case, closed to Sukhumvit and 9-kms road. 1 mins walk to Tops supermarket. All what we need was there. Onsen was awesome. Not crowded at all.

United KingdomStaff were not friendly at all. Not allowed to order a beer at the pool as it was banned! Very odd!! This place needs a good refurb and modernisation required. TV channels were mostly Chinese, some Thai and no English content. No spare bed for our child even though room was booked for 3 persons. 15 min walk to harbour/marina. 10 min walk to a 7/11.
Our first room was dangerous as the low level window opened too easily and was a concern as we have our child so moved to another room as there was no key to lock the window! Bed was very comfortable and shower was great too. Bring your own shower toiletries, AC was clean and quiet! Breakfast was good for everyone!

JapanThe hotel is large but outdated, and the staff are unprofessional, making me feel uneasy with their handling of my credit card. (Putting her camera on top of my credit card information side). Given the same price range, I'd prefer to stay at another hotel. However, a positive aspect is that the hotel offers a sauna, although we didn't utilize it. We also booked the room with breakfast, but based on our experience, we opted not to dine there. The parking at the hotel entrance is spacious and convenient, but it's exclusively reserved for board directors; clients can only drop off their belongings and members. Client parking is relegated to a nearby old, scary building. However, there are many parking lots available as it is shared with a nearby shopping mall. The room is spacious, featuring both cooking and dining areas. However, it's noticeably aged and slightly dusty. The room has a slight odor, particularly noticeable in the fridge. The hot shower can’t be adjusted, only at extreme temperatures, either very hot or cold. Amenities provided include a razor, shampoo, and shower gel. The balcony and view are not particularly appealing.
Nothing.

Sink in the room clogs up, toilet clogged up, balcony door would not look, no hot water in the shower, sink in the kitchen the piping broke off making the sink not usuable
