Convenient location

Everything seemed very crowded and there was no hostel environment.

Everything. I can say this is the best hostel i ever stayed at. It is soo quiet and super clean! Ladies who work here are so hospitable, they will make you feel like home. I dont have enough words for them. Thank you for making my stay here so nice and cozy 🥹

Friendly staff, okay location

Very short beds, like 175cm max, hot in the rooms, very small shower and toilet cabins, dirty in the bathroom area. Low water pressure.

Social backpacker hostel when I was there. Very friendly staff, sometimes chaotic to understand who's responsible, but everyone was always making an effort to help with anything. Very nice atmosphere. Small very basic kitchen but good enough to prepare simple stuff.

the beds are too short! i couldn't fit in, not even diagonally lmao :/ i assume they are maybe 1,80 long or shorter. and it's like a box, so you can't just let your feet hang over the edge hsshhs

You get what you pay. Low standerd and not professional at all. I arrived around 8 pm. The self check-in was not working. And a guy who seemed as a guest had to check me in using his phone. I did receive a bittle if water. Hakfway up to the room, we had to go back down because he realised I had to pay for the room. The room was crowded. There was no space for luggae, nither on the floor nor in a cupboard. I had to keep it all in my bed. The width of the bed was okay, but there were no mattresse, just thin pillows that seemed to belong in a chair. It was not possible to sleep on your side, as you felt the bed through the thin matt. The pillow was nice and fluffy. The dangeling light bulb in each bed got dangerously hot within 5 minutes. There was no lock or key system to the female room, and the guy just walked in and started looking behind 5he curtains of each bed without asking to see what bed was available. He had to make up my bed while I stood in the crowded room waiting. The bathrooms were super narrow and separated. There is no sink in the room of the toilet, which is very unhygienic. To enter either the showers or the toilets, you would have to be slim and not overweight. The sinks were super dirty. I left the hostel at 6 Am, and did not get any breakfast, even though the guy working there was awake and sitting in the reception on his phone. Tried saving money by choosing this hostel, but it was not worth it. I had to pay more for Grab to the airport, from this hostel as it was too fare to walk to the airport. Would not stay there again.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Language was a barrier but we used Google translate and made it work! It was also near the airport and bus station which was very convenient.

I’ve travelled a lot and have pretty low standards, but this bed was the most uncomfortable I’d ever slept on. My privacy curtain kept popping out of its bracket and falling on top of me, which didn’t help! There is only one tiny couch to sit on if you want to chill for a bit (the dining chairs aren’t really made for relaxing).

They have a fridge, microwave, and free water.

It was very dirty. The floors were never cleaned, the toilets and bathrooms were dirty and you could tell they haven't been cleaning it for a while. The toilet mat on the floor was disgusting. Toilet paper was missing everyday, unless you ask for it. The toilet bins weren't changed for 3 days!?!!?! Seriously disgusting. There was so much dust everywhere. The bed cubicle hasn't been cleaned in so long too, super dusty, and the mattress wasn't a mattress but the Thai pillows that people use to sit on the floor so very uncomfortable to sleep in, as they're super hard. The pillow had other people's hair on before I even used it 🤢 Finally, there's no one at reception pretty much ever.
