I loved everything at the hotel

Peaceful hotel in lovely gardens, swimming pool, restaurant looking over the lake, really loved staying at this hotel. Tge room was huge, with dressing area and bathroom, also had a balcony overlooking the lake. 5 minutes by Tuk Tuk to the Historic Park, a really wonderful place to stay, highly recommended.

The spa is low key yet pricey.

Lovely surrounding with big trees, beautiful garden and pond. We enjoyed the swimming pool. It was a perfect mid way stop for our Northern-BKK drive. Great value for money.

Attractive garden setting, sparkling pool, plenty of outdoor seating areas. Room was large clean and comfortable. Relaxing place to stay.

The only complaint is the selection of satellite stations: only 1 in English from a French news channel. All the rest in Thai, and many of them selling silly products.

Grounds of Le Charme are beautiful, and the Porches are very nice. Rooms very good, with all Staff amazing. This is my 7th time staying at Le Charme and 10th time overall to Historic Sukhothai!

The bathrooms are a little bit dated but they have recently renovated some areas and are starting new renovations. Food at the restaurant is very good but on the more expensive side.

This is a beautiful, peaceful oasis in Sukhothai, just 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bicycle from the old city and very close to the night market and a couple of restaurants. The hotel is very calm and quiet and incredibly beautiful with the lake, gardens and little bridges. Everyone from the staff is so nice and helpful, the service is truly outstanding. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the little balcony is a fantastic addition. Despite the water there aren’t too many mosquitoes around. The breakfast is delicious. We were here during low season and the options were limited, but the staff cooks eggs to taste (e.g. omelette) and the taste and presentation are outstanding. The restaurant is great too, overlooking the lake and serving delicious (if expensive) Thai food. We had a transfer late in the evening on the day of checkout and the staff allowed us to use the room for longer and use the facilities and pool for as long as we wanted. We will definitely be back here next time we come to Sukhothai!

As the name states - its very charming place, with the lakes, fish and greens around. Room was really nice, specious and clean. We had issue with loud AC and were moved to another room after first night, lady at the reception was very helpful. Breakfast was average, staff really nice and friendly, but we were out of seasson and I guess manager was not around, staff was on the phones when bored during breakfast, which is not really usual for 4* resorts. I have seen (but not used) they have bicycles for rent/land, which is great thing for seeing the historical park and ruins around. Also they sell food for fish and you can feed them. Small capsule coffee machine would be nice instead of instant coffee in the rooms :) In general it was really nice stay, Sukothai and this resort are very beautiful

The massage we had wasn't very good, or rather they didn't seem to have had a lot of training. Wouldn't do a massage there again.

It is a beautiful and magical place surrounded by plants, little bridges and ponds. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There's a nice pool and you can rent bikes for free. Breakfast was okay.

The breakfast had a large variety, but the coffee was awful. There was a large variety of Asian options, but less so for western options. Fruit selection could have been better and there were no pastries. While the serving staff were helpful the front desk staff less so. When asked about places to eat or other suggestions they could provide very little assistance. They provided complimentary bicycles, but they were not well maintained. Used on one day, but was not good, ended up hiring a bike from a hire place down the road which would recommend as they were well maintained and proved much easier to ride. Worth the 40 Bhatt for the day.

The entire resort was well designed and private, giving an air of seclusion. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the water gardens. They served lunch and dinner in an area overlooking the “lake”. The food was tasty and well priced. They had a massage room and would recommend the Thai massage and reflexology foot massage, so good.

Always break our journey and stay here when we travel to Chang Mai, highly recommended

Some of the staff were a bit grumpy. The pool water was very cloudy.

The beds were super comfortable, and great chairs in the room! Breakfast featured a good choice of food at the buffet. Room was very large.

Free bikes at our disposal. Front desk arranged transportation. With bike it was easy to ride to main area.

Breakfast was very good with all the typical things and some local foods. Location of property is not far from the Main Street and having available bicycles at the property was a bonus. Property is lovely.

Very close to the Historical Park and easy to access with the free bike hire but far enough away from the crowds of people. Gardens, pool and grounds are beautiful. Definitely a must stay if you are in Sukhothai.
