Amazing view of forest and the lake. Lovely wildlife, good food and breakfast congee was lovely. Staff very helpful too. If you have time, go and see the butterflies in the national park and Its really worth it. And just a few mintues drive is the national park HQ and a crazy rope bridge over to a little island. Feels like a little adventure

Šveits6 arvustust„I had a good relaxing time, and enjoyed the scenery”The expansion is not yet complete, so towards the lake it is still a building site. The place has a lot of potential, and I think they could actively promote the offered activities or do some events in the evenings.
It’s in a great location, by the lake and not far from the national park, the people are really friendly and the facilities are good. They are expanding the resort and it will look much better. It’s a very peaceful rural setting, and a good place to relax

Suurbritannia91 arvustust13 hinnatud abistavaks„Superb view, but hotel itself is not quite there for the price.”The hottub on the balcony was using up space that could have been used for a small table and chairs so we could enjoy the view. The pool was way too small to really swim, more style over substance. Breakfast was average, not a lot of choice. For such a high rated hotel, I expected more, really, not quite there.
The setting and view are magnificent. It is an excellent place as a base for visiting Keang Krachon. The hotel can organise trips for you. The room was large, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We eatt in the restaurant on all three nights we stayed and the Thai food was very good.

Our main issue came with breakfast, it was very scarce and very limited options especially for the high price we were asked to pay. Staff found it very difficult to communicate which led to a few misunderstandings with food orders. For the overall experience of such high priced resort we felt these areas needed to be addressed.
Beautiful property with modern design and very comfortable interior in the rooms, with privacy and a cozy environment. We really enjoyed kayaking in the lake and we had a staff member accompanying us which was very helpful. The jacuzzi in the room was a very fun and relaxing plus!

Despite paying 4,000 per night, we were not informed that there was ongoing construction. There were more construction workers than guests, which was very disappointing. The front office staff does not assist guests much. There was no porter available at check-in. Though the resort is small, the service is very poor. Inside the room, there was mold in the bathroom area. When I turned on the air conditioner, a lizard fell out. The hot water kettle was not working. Notifications had to be made via Line, even if there was a change in employees. Breakfast was the worst part. It felt like staying in a guest house, with very little food available. There was more food available around Amphawa. There was a small amount of porridge, and there were bees that had died in the pot, which the staff hadn't noticed. Overall, quite a disappointing experience.
